Well let me start by saying Rocio is so friendly she makes you feel like you talking to a family member giving you so much info that you don't feel pressure and makes the experience so easy and comfortable. First time getting solar panels,was recommended by a neighbor and I definitely don't regret reaching out to her. So my family had to get solar panels on a brand new ADU and I found Rocio, right here on google maps, she had amazing positive reviews so I decided to set up an appointment. I called Rocio and left her a voice message just like I had done others but she was the only one to call me back. Well on the first day I met her on the phone, she was knowledgeable on Solar, city plans, and state laws. She explained everything and she was so friendly. What I thought would be just a simple phone call turned into this long conversation about our families, careers, and future projects. When people say she is personable, WOW! Even my mother liked her, and she usually doesn't like sales people. Rocio is bilingual she speaks English and Spanish which was a huge plus especially for my mom. My mom likes to be a part of all business dealings and she likes to be informed and Rocio brought her professionalism, honesty, understanding and expertise to our meeting. Rocio is so incredibly nice and kind she even got my mom a Christmas gift! So yeah, once you meet her, you really feel you are in good hands with a friend. She is with you all the way to completion. She helps you to get the best solar panels for your home, informs you how panels save money, she won't give you something you don't need, works out a payment plan, submit plans for approvals with the city and final inspection. She takes care of everything. There was a hick up with the city, but that wasn't her fault. In the end, it was fast and it was affordable, satisfying and very pleasant to work with.
