We were very happy in our experience throughout the whole process. Modern Energy handled all of the communication along the way from our HOA to the final connection order with AEP. Our array looks beautiful and we owe it to the team at Modern Energy.

We had Modern Energy install solar panels on our house about 7 months ago. Their prices were right in line with other quotes we got for the job. They were very willing to work with us during the different steps of the process. They also provided pictures of the proposed design that I used to convince my neighbors and home owners' association that the panels would be unobtrusive. In the months after the job was complete, Modern Energy has also answered questions I've had. I feel like they care about their customers after the project has been completed. Many of my friends have been interested in solar and I recommend they talk to Modern Energy, even in the decision-making process, because then they can get all the facts and costs as they are deciding.

They installed 8 LG 320 watt solar panels in our historic house in German Village. The process went smoothly. Also, we are very pleased with the way they handled all the permits with German Village commission and the city. The overall process was good! Sure it took some time, lots of questions and decisions to be made, but this isn't something to rush into. Modern Energy did a good job of answering all my questions, and I had a lot. Before the installation, during, and after, the support has been great. The panels have been up for a few months and performing as expected. I do still ask questions from time to time, verifying numbers or just with curiosities, and Modern Energy is happy to help.
