Customer here. I called final touch construction to come out and check out my property due to a leak. They had someone out later that day and gave me a free estimate. I had called other roofers in my area but Final Touch Construction was by far the best service and had outstanding personnel response. Beware!!!!!!Run as quick as you can ….They in your heart, they left you and only things they good is collect your debit card money. After you call the company number as quick as another caller catch you right away then another collect money man work with you so quick about collect debit card money.They use not a good quality product on my AC fan neither don’t know what they are doing on their job. Call for fix because they still on warranty and they responded: Hi good afternoon we are able to send a tech for the ac maintenance and once we are there we could check your fan please let me know if that works AC maintenance are $220. My fan getting too hot when you use ac and stop running sometimes and anytime, and cheap used connecting thread Cool!!! What should I do? Too hard to decide to give job for people don’t know how to do that is mainly concern and loosing 220 dollars for another mess is going on I thought.No thank you. Main thing I want is check your previous job not trying and being charge me . Thank you
