Really wanted to do business with E Marine, called month ago and discussed a system with Mark in sales, he was sending me a proposal. Called back a week later, where's my proposal; nothing. Called back another week later, wheres my proposal; nothing. Called back today, no idea who I was. Nice! Funny part was this company was recommended to me.

Good product, good site, good company, terrible shipping! I ordered a small, in stock, item for $29 + $8.72 shipping May 19. This is May 29 and I still don’t have it and can’t use my boat until it arrives. If Amazon can do 1 to 2 day shipping why can’t you. Not very helpful. It is now May 31 and still no delivery!

E Marine has been a fantastic company to work with. As we work on our solar and battery upgrades on our boat, Wilmer and Diane have been a complete pleasure to work with. Always available for questions and guidance, very knowledgeable, and always accommodating. We appreciate everything they have done for us. We highly recommend them!!

Where do I begin? The people here are truly fantastic, and the work they do is a real service to the community. My husband and I came in to purchase a solar system for our box truck. Not only did they guide us through the entire process, but they also took the time to educate us so we could install it ourselves. We chose a Victron system, and they carefully reviewed everything with us. Andrés Guzmán is an absolute angel — incredibly patient, explaining how everything works multiple times and making adjustments to meet our specific needs. His support was invaluable. As we grow our business, we’ll definitely be coming back. The owner’s expertise and genuine care ensured everything was done right and with our best interests in mind. The website page doesn't work well on a cell phone. I only wanted to purchase 1 of these pairs not 3. The total was displayed ar $12 I don't know at what point it totalled $45.

I would like to commend the customer service and support of Marc Doheny. I am new to solar and wind power and after much research and many discussions with other cruisers I had decided on the Rutland 1200 Wind Generator, but I still had some questions about it. I first sent a query to the manufacturer however I never got any response. I then sent the questions to several vendors who sell the Rutland 1200 and quickly got a very informative response from Marc. He not only answered the questions that I had submitted but also took the time to ask me specifics regarding my intended installation and together we designed a much better and safer system than I had originally intended. Marc's extensive knowledge and professionalism made a great impression on me and his assistance and insistence to make sure I had the proper design and parts are greatly appreciated and speak well for eMarine System. Marc is also the reason that I placed my entire order with eMarine Systems, even though I could have gotten some of the parts cheaper elsewhere, and the reason that when discussing power systems with fellow cruisers I will not hesitate to point them to eMarine Systems.
