They were very professional and very patient waiting for my roof to be completed. I highly recommend them as homeowners might be skeptical when choosing a solar company but I was very lucky by choosing them. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

SEC Installed a Whole House Generator for me at my home. They were prompt, very fair on pricing, and the work was done expertly. They were always there for any questions or concerns that had come up. If I ever need a future Generator or opt for Solar, I will most definitely use them again.

We were very happy with our system and still are for the most part. We had an issue early on which they came out and repaired very quickly which was amazing on their part. Unfortunately unbeknownst to us they inadvertently drilled a hole into our roof during installation which did not present itself until quite a while later when my wife noticed staining on our ceiling. Still within our warranty window. They sent a rep out immediately. He agreed it was their fault (using derogatory language towards the mentally challenged) and we felt it would get fixed before there was more damage to our home. I would like to say this has a happy ending but they have recently refused to return emails or phone messages and have directed us to use our own home owners insurance. Not certain the direction I am going to take in this matter but ultimately just want them to fix what they broke. I love their product and felt their customer service was great but at present I cannot say either. If you use their product make sure you take as many photos before and after of the install. Confirm the warranty and inspect your roof inside and out every few months until the warranty expires. Feeling very disappointed

Update 9/2025 Turns out SES was bought out a few times. Newest owner stepped up and got everything straightened out within a week of making contact and honored manufacturer warranties. Had leak in hot water heater solar panel which is under warranty. Tech came out and confirmed leak, then came back a week later and removed panel. Told me should take a few days to bring out new one. This was 5 months ago. No panel and no communication from them. First few calls was told tech was wrong and panel had to go back to manufacturer. Repeated calls to office over past few months are now unreturned. $9000 solar water heater system that only runs on electric now.

I had solar panels install in Sept. 2020. The installers were excellent. Very professional and easy to work with. I have no complaints with them at all. The office staff is another story. each and every time I have called for something I am told they will check and call me back by the end of the day. Hasn't happened yet. It's a week or 2 later that I have to call back and go through the same thing again. It's happening again right now. I called in May to have someone check one my panels that was not producing right. I had to call again to get someone out here. Luke was finally scheduled to come out on May 19. He checked and verified the panel was bad and said he would put in for a replacement. After not hearing anything over a month, I called back on July 1 and got the "Let me check and I'll call you back" promise. I never got a call. Today on July 8, I just called back again. "I'll get back to you by the end of the day". We'll see...... Update August 21, 2025: Starting back in November of last year, I was unable to get any help with submitting a claim for 3 panels that were not producing enough power. I finally had to call Canadian Solar myself to get the panels authorized for replacement, which they authorized. Unfortunately, I did not keep up with this and many months went by with nothing happening. I just started calling Solar Energy again a couple weeks ago asking about this. They have no record of the claim. They also told me that Solar Energy was bought out by Florida Solar in January, 2025, which I did not know. The contact at Solar Energy Systems at the time did not fill out the paperwork that Canadian Solar wanted and my case was closed out. Apparently the same people are working there because they have the same level of customer service that Solar Energy did. None. I kept getting the same "I'll call you back" schpiel I was getting before. Now I get no return calls, ergo, no customer service, nothing. I even went to their office on Smallwood Dr in Fort Pierce and found the door locked. I called from the parking lot and received the voice mail prompt. I've left several messages, including today with no reply. The system we have does not work as advertised. Not only can we not get the 3 panels replaced, even if we did the system is not up to the task of taking care of our needs. When I called Canadian Solar back today they said they even have that panel anymore and the one they can substitute won't fit the rack mount on the roof. My next step is to contact an attorney. I blame Solar Energy Systems and Florida Solar, but I also blame Canadian Solar for refusing to bear the cost of changing the mounts for these 3 panels. I would stay away from Florida Solar and maybe Canadian Solar. We are paying for a system that doesn't work properly and the electric bill from FPL.

Solar Energy Systems were very professional in every area of our transaction. They delivered what they sold me in the time they quoted. They had helpful installers, and their people who have interacted with me from the field as well as the office have been helpful and patient. My electric bill went down from $180.00 to $42.71 per month. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am pleased to recommend them highly.

I contracted with SES on my previous home. They installed the pool heating solar panels on my metal roof and did an excellent job. I had one very minor issue and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I recommended them to my son in law and he had the same experience. Very satisfied with all aspects of the installation and customer service. Highly recommend.
