I feel completely scammed by this company. I wish I could give less than one star. I had solar panels installed, but it took nearly seven months just to get the system connected. During that time, I was still paying $200 a month on the loan—on top of my regular utility bills. When they finally told me the system was "ready to use," it turned out it hadn’t even been properly programmed. For over a year, the panels were on my roof but weren’t actually connected to any system to utilize the power being generated. As a result, at the end of the year, my TrueUp bill with PG&E was nearly $4,000. In the end, I would have saved money by using regular utilities and NOT installing these panels. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I initially did a 5 star review for this company because they got the solar panels up right away, and had a good team who seemed to know what they were doing. Unfortunately, that was 8+mos. ago, and now we have a beautiful solar system on our roof that we are paying for, while continuing to pay SCE because they never finished the electrical work to make it functional. There is no way to get ahold of anyone, and they seem to be completely incompetent after panels have been installed. Very disappointed. Don't bet on Core Energy Group. You've been warned!

One of the many companies that I wish I could give zero stars to when it comes to our solar. They went out of business due to a 'merger ' back in June without informing any of their customers. So when we had an issue with our inverter we had to find a local company that charged us $750 to fix the problem which turned out to be something simple that the Core did wrong. On top of that they lied to us about one of our batteries working to which the other company found out they had absolutely no charge. Yet I've learned that the employees and the CEO of Solgen Construction/Core Energy have been given new jobs. So they have new customers to scam and obviously forgotten about the customers they have done so already.

SCAMMERS. Been almost a year and no solar up and running. Ive documented every single encounter and I currently am printing all the contracts, text message, and email exchanges to present to an attorney and figure out my next steps. I know someone who worked for them and never got paid for my job or many others. DO NOT USE THEM.

Bunch of crooks that promise you things and put solar panels without a permit. My attorney is working on a lawsuit stay away from these crooks all they want is your hard earned money and there commission and charge you for something that's not even legally permitted.

Can't get ahold of anyone. They came to install the solor panels on my parents house in the end of May and they haven't been turn on there just there for decorations non of the numbers work I've emails them and nothing.

Scammers. Do not use them. Never replies. Takes forever to do any work. Solar still not working. Salespeople promised incentives that they don’t give to you after being paid. Bad scammers.
