I have been a customer of 1 Solar Solution for nearly 8 years. While the service during the first 5 years was satisfactory, there has been a significant decline in customer support recently. Currently, service calls are routed to a third-party representative who merely relays messages without creating a service ticket or providing any reference number. There is no follow-up or direct communication from 1 Solar Solution’s internal support team. This lack of structured support makes it extremely difficult to resolve even basic service issues. For prospective customers, it’s important to understand that solar installation is a long-term commitment, and responsive post-installation service is critical. The current state of customer support at 1 Solar Solution raises serious concerns about their long-term reliability. After escalation I did get call from Ali Samana , he has been helpful and addressed my concern. More updates to follow after the service completion It’s been 2 months and they have not yet reinstalled the panels, 21-Aug :They have taken the full advance but have not kept the commitment They technicians are not in the control of them. As they provide me a date and no one turns up The calls to customer service and any teams are never answered

Team was very supportive and all their crew were very knowledgeable to answer any of your questions. Back office team is very knowledgeable and proactively supporting your inquiries and questions. I recommend 1 Solar Solution to anyone who wants to setup solar energy and save money. They also took care of all city permit , HOA permits and financing. Great customer service and happy with their services.

Not a good company to choose with solar panel installations, they left anchor points on my roof which caused a leak into my house after installing my solar panels.

I have had my panels installed about 2 months ago. 2 months is short time compared to the life of the panels, so this review is about the installation only. The quality of Long term service and the parts will have to be reviewed at a later date. Initially only half of my panels were generating any power. I got a call from the company after a week that they have been monitoring and something needs to be fixed. The issue was fixed in another week. The panels have been working fine since then. The installation was performed about 8 weeks after initial promised date. Some of the delays were attributed to weather but some of it to unavailability of parts / personel. The project manager, Ms. Nayab, called me about the project. It was good to talk to her and seemed like she was taking the ownership of the project. She said the final inspection is still pending with city and she is trying get it done in a week. Overall I am satisfied with the work.

Ali has a great team at 1 Solar solutions. He personally ensures that his team creates happy customers. A big shout out to my project coordinator Nayab. She is smart and has been on the top of her job always. I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking to go green with solar energy.

It was great experience doing business with 1 Solar Solution. Ali and Shikha took the time to answer all my questions and scheduled appointment went without a glitch. One of the panels was not producing energy at the optimum level due to shade from a chimney, but they took care of it as soon as I reported the issue. They send you the necessary tax papers, so it's less hassle for us. Overall, I am happy with their service so far.
