Primitive Power

I can truly say that I had no issues whatsoever. The process was super smooth. The most important thing to me been an Army Veteran is always the communication and their communication was flawless. We kept constant communication from beginning to end. The installer were totally professional and super friendly, but most important they answered all of my questions and if they didn't know the answers they called their Supervisors on the spot. I am more than happy with their service, friendship, and professionalism. Now I am waiting for the electric company to do their part so my new solar panels can be turned on. HOOAH!

My point of contact was always courteous and well informed. Throughout the solar project they were helpful in navigating the various forms of paperwork to cover the regulatory and utility requirements and were aways available to address the questions i had. They initiated the initial onsite survey and the subsequent engineering design package that was developed by professional engineering services. They worked in concert with the installer local to our area. This review is to cover Primitive Power’s portion and involvement of our solar project.

I was excited to have the opportunity to generate the power that I use, but then when I saw the price, I have second thoughts. Also I thought that I need to pay the power bill every month any way, because we can not live without electricity. The difference will be that I will be in control of the forever hiking prices that we pay for everything including power also the warranty is great. I was treated very professionally by, not less than the owner of Primitive Power Jarom Wall and I was able to go back and forth with all my questions and concerns. Jarom has surrounded himself by professional people and great companies so he will be able to make the hole process painless. Now I am not concern any more when I hear my air conditioners run because I am a producer and I was able to kill two birds with one stone because not only I resolve the problem of higher prices but also I was able to protect my roof from the weather.

I have been pleased with Primitive Power and the installation of my solar system. There were times when I became anxious, but i was assured everything was on track. I was also surprised it took six months. The entire process from sales, layout, design, approvals,installation to final inspection and approval, all went quite smoothly. Told me I’d receive a check at the end of the year I never really used my electricity I was living alone for a year. Was only getting a $25 credit every month. My manager here that works for solar says this guy pocketed the rest of my panels profit. Never got that check by the way. Emailed him and he ignored me after the fact. 30k system w/ no battery could’ve added more panels on my roof

Living in Henderson just outside Las Vegas with all the sun we get was a no brainer to go solar. With all the companies out there it was difficult to choose. After interviewing several companies what did it for me was the level of service, knowledge and mostly the relationship built with the company representative Jarom Wall. Communication back and forth was excellent from start to finish. He delivered exactly what he said he would and now I have a 46 panel system that rocks.

Was a smooth transition. Excited to have solar with them! M Jackson explained everything to me and answered all my concerns and I was able to find the perfect system to suit my needs. Ohio has been increasing the price of electric annually, so I’m glad to make the switch early. Truly delightful to talk with them.
