The sales consultant, Brenton Clark, was exceptional! A representative came first , and made the appointment for Brenton to come. He came several times and went over everything with us and showed us pictures and how much we would save if we pick certain plans. We were ready with our questions and he had answers for all of them. He did not force anything on us! The company V3 Electric did everything that Brenton said was going to be done. The insulation went well and we are now happy to say that we are a solar family !! My husband checks every day and we are saving money and he is very happy !

From start to finish, v3 electric provided an exceptional solar installation experience. Their team was highly knowledgeable, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process, clearly explaining every step and addressing all our concerns. The installation was completed on time. I had a great experience with koltan. outstanding customer service .they are a true leader in the solar industry.

V3 was great all the way though installation after that they have been the worst company I have ever worked with. They never provided any direction during or after installation what would be required to actually take advantage of the solar production. After 2 months of getting the same electric bill, I reached out to them for help. For 4 months they ignored me, so I had to reach out to the actual guy that installed it for help. Turns out I needed to contact my current provider to initiate the buyback program. That should have been communicated throughout the sales and install process. They have cost me 1,000's of dollars and all they had to do was let me know when I first reached out. Do not do business with this company!

When our representative came to the door, he was cordial and not pushy. We had been considering Solar and he seem to present the plan that was most reasonable to us. Our bills have been lower and we expect them to even get better as we move into the summer months. I was a door-to-door salesman in college and it’s hard being in that profession. You with a lot of people who say no, and are rude about it, (myself included sometimes), but they are trying to earn a living and, for the most part, are very honest and trying to be helpful.
