Vince and his team did an absolutely incredible job. His installation team was not only professional and courteous, but they are true experts in their field. They knew exactly what needed to be done to make my home look beautiful, along with providing my family with the Security that we need If and when a hurricane comes. My window windows are and doors are gorgeous. I am so happy with the way my house looks. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

The installation crew did a wonderful job. Installed 11 windows in 5 hours. Trimmed and caulked. We’re very pleased. The main reason we chose to change the windows was for hurricane protection. Very happy, for sure we will recommend.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This company has been "working" with my family and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Things have been promised and talked highly about from the vendor, then not followed through by the company. They source cheap cabinetry/units/materials and show up to your residence when it's convenient for them, like the time their installers left my home at almost 11pm. The project manager will probably try to gaslight you whenever you make any kind of complaint or tell them exactly what you're dissatisfied with and then give you a half-assed solution if you refuse to drop the matter (let's not forget, we are paying for this!). There are quite a few specific instances where they screwed us over and I will not go into full detail because I'm being nice enough to not embarrass these people. I also understand some of these workers are simply just here to get their check and go home. Regardless if the work they did is done properly or not, it is very apparent that some of them come to your home, slap some pieces of leftover cabinetry from wherever together, and call it a day. However I'll share one small instance of incompetence amongst the many small instances that came up. When the installers came in to put the handles on the doors for some cabinets, half of them were placed incorrectly. I'm talking, the handles on the doors are side by side and when you close the doors, one is sitting higher than the other and it was so noticeable that any guests we had, could point it out. Putting a handle on a cabinet is so easy, I (a person w no construction experience) was able to teach a 10 year old how to do it properly on the first try. There are many many many bad things i could say about how this company has chosen to do business, and quite frankly seems like a very shady, untrustworthy company.

Great experience from start to finish! Carlos Ramirez came and gave us a really great quote for our front door and windows. Then when it came to our install, the team was fast and courteous! I work from home and they were able to finish without much interruption to my day. I'm very happy with how the project turned out. We will definitely be using this company for the rest of our windows.

Very professional and courteous. We had only two windows replaced by Green Innovations and no job is too small or large for them. The entire staff treated me great! The owner Aviv even called me to answer some questions I had. The windows are high quality, and the price was great. Highly recommended!
