I cannot recommend IntegrateSun in Houston, Texas, highly enough for their exceptional solar installation services! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded all my expectations. The team at IntegrateSun made my transition to solar energy an absolute pleasure. Safi from IntegrateSun was phenomenal in guiding me through the initial process. His honesty and trustworthiness were evident from our first conversation. He ensured that the pricing was transparent and that the hardware I wanted was available, tailoring the system to meet my specific needs without any pressure or upselling. His expertise and straightforward approach gave me complete confidence in choosing IntegrateSun. Saadi, who managed the installation, was nothing short of incredible. I would not recommend using Integrate Sun in Houston for solar installation for the reasons below: 1) Once the final payment was sent, they were non-responsive for troubleshooting. There is zero follow-up once they have received the last check aside from sending me the interconnection agreement. 2) The installation was not the cleanest and one string was non-functional at initial installation. I had to make several calls to the company and the installer to convince them that one string was not producing. I was only able to convince them to come after the system shut itself down within 24 hours of installation due to a wiring issue. 3) The installer spent an entire day repairing the system and the faulty string. The faulty string has never produced the proper amount based on my analysis. I have repeatedly asked Emma, our production manager, about this issue (several e-mails over the course of 4 months) with no action on the part of the company. Every time I asked them to look into this, they would tell me they would follow-up and then I would not hear back. I called the company directly and spoke with Shuja and had the same type of communication "Yes, we will reach out to you in 1-2 days." Yet, there is no follow-up. 4) My solar production is predicted to fall well short of the estimate given to me at the time of site planning. I will be surprised if my system produces 80% of the annual kWh estimated by IntegrateSun. I am also confident that they will do nothing to remedy this based on my past experience. 5) The time from contract signing to installation was 5 months, which is about 2 months longer than estimated. The panels sat in my garage for 4 weeks before they were able to complete the installation. Aside from the lower than predicted production and the faulty string, my main concern is that I have little confidence that they will fix the system in a timely manner if I have issues down the line.

I've been disappointed with my experience with IntegrateSun so far. I signed a contract with them in June 2025, and after 5 months, I'm still waiting for an installation date. The process has been plagued by issues from the start. After receiving electric company approval and county permits at the end of August, I was informed that the permit cost an extra $500, which was not included in the original contract. I was given a change order to sign, but I was not provided an explanation for why a county building permit was unexpected and uncovered by the contract. To make matters worse, I was told that the panels I originally signed for were on backorder, and I was asked to change to a slightly smaller capacity panel that was in stock. They did remove the extra permitting fee from my contract after I asked them to, it is still frustrating to be paying the original agreed price for a smaller system. The delivery process was also a mess. The panels started arriving on October 24th, but it took a total of 5 separate deliveries spanning over a week to receive all the necessary materials. The final panels didn't arrive until November 3rd. Throughout the process, I've had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my project, and communication has been inconsistent. I've sent several emails, but it's taken a while to get responses. I'm concerned that the installation may not be completed in time for me to claim the tax credit that expires this year. I would caution others to carefully review their contract and ask about their installation schedule before signing. I would also recommend following up regularly to ensure that the project is moving forward as planned.

The Powerwalls were back ordered but she was able to find some on a cancelled job out of state and have them shipped for my project. Follow-up on issues was good. I recently had my solar project completed by Integrate Sun, and overall, I’m very pleased with the experience. The installation went smoothly and the team was professional throughout the process. Our experience with IntegrateSun Solar has been excellent so far. Although our solar system hasn’t been installed yet, the process has been smooth and well-organized from the start. The team communicates with us weekly to provide updates on the permitting process, which has made everything feel transparent and easy to follow. They’ve also committed to completing our installation before the end-of-year tax credit deadline, which gives us great peace of mind. Big shoutout to Hamza Hassan, our Project Manager, who did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything stayed on track. His professionalism and attention to detail really made the difference. The installation team was on time, respectful, and completed everything as promised. The system has currently been inspected and approved by our county officials. We are now just waiting for the final PTO from the utility company.
