Had my solar installed, working with Andrew. He was informed and provided unbeatable value versus the market. You get updates that get pushed through every step of the equation which was nice because you rarely had to ask questions. The panels looks great, all black and very sleek. Overall I had an extremely positive experience and feel this company really knows how to showcase value and make the solution perfectly tailored towards you. They even went as far as color matching to the paint color of my house and roof shingles.

We had Sungrid install solar in 2022 and have now had 2 years of outrageous electric bills at SCE True Up time. We are now paying more than double for our electricity than before installing solar. They did try to correct this issue last year after a long wait... and letter from our attorney till we heard anything back, and they made it right with what was owed. Now we are going through it again this year. Panels not producing properly and had a $1700 true up bill in March. Reached out to Andrew over a month ago but have yet to hear from him. Emailed again and still waiting. This is not right!
