I've always had a hard time paying my bill on the phone number and online. Called talked to Ryan and he was absolutely amazing! Show me how to go to the website and pay by check even though I don't own checks you hit pay by check and that saves you the $5 a month just by paying with your bank account pushing that button. Very happy with the customer service very happy with the information he even walked me through it to make sure I didn't have a problem best interaction I've had with Beaches energy by far!;) Thank you Rayn!
I know people post plenty of Negative things in here, but I want to give a "shout out" & 5 stars to Customer Service Rep, Bridget for not only being Kind, helpful, attentive and professional, but for engaging in conversation, Thanking me for my Service and being an overall great & happy Human being. You made my trip there worth while with your funny disposition and great story. Thank you for everything you did & Beaches Energy is very lucky to have you.
⭐ (One star feels generous for what I've experienced.) I am utterly dismayed and disappointed with Beaches Energy On an extremely cold night, after I had paid $300 of a $330 bill, they decided to disconnect my electricity. This decision wasn't just inconvenient; it was a blatant disregard for basic human decency. As a Marine veteran who served two tours in Iraq, I've faced tough situations, but never did I expect to be treated with such disrespect by a utility provider at home. The amount in question, a mere $30, apparently outweighed any consideration for my service to this country or my current situation. To Beaches Energy, let me be clear: your actions were not just heartless, they were disrespectful to a loyal American. This isn't just about a missed payment; it's about a fundamental lack of empathy and respect for customers, especially those who have served their nation. I urge anyone considering [Electricity Provider] to think twice. They've shown a complete disregard for loyalty and the sacrifices made by veterans. A company that treats its customers, particularly veterans, with such contempt does not deserve your business.
Moved here Feb 19. Power has gone out 3 times for more than an hour. 0 storms. I’m terrified for hurricane season. When power does go out, the "emergency" line doesn’t work. No online outage map. Literally a joke of a company. It’s 2025.
Absolutely horrendous. Not that it matters because they have an monopoly on power but... Horrendous. Cannot get power for multiple days. Cannot process applications, deposits or create new accounts same day. Apparently don't work at 430 pm. If you buy a home they send a person out the the property and turn the power off in the morning (before they open ) . Then you pay to have another person come back out to turn the power back on. They can't guarantee it will be same day but "they try" It also won't be before 1 pm IF they can do it. But remember they don't work at 430 so who knows. And this is only if you get to their office, in person, at 8 am. If you try to do anything over the phone your SOL Don't plan on moving into your house unless you want your family to get heat stroke. Don't plan on any 2025 system. Willlllllld
Dave and Dave was very professional and always talked in a calm voice(!!!) They installed several lights in our dining room, foyer and outside. The was ver clean and put the trash in the garbage(!!!) David and David provided outstanding customer service. I Thank Beaches Electric for a job well done(!!!)
My lights were on and everything in the house worked except the water heater and the heating element part of the dryer (the tumbler worked). I suspected a problem with my panel. I called first electrician who said I had a bad panel and gave me a quote of almost $5K. I didn't trust them. i called a second electrician and within 2 minutes he identified the problem was feed from the city. I called Beaches Energy and they promptly came out ,verified it was their fault and fixed the problem in the rain a half block down. Fixed it. Great. Problem is, I paid for 2 electricians and Beaches Energy, although at fault, say they don't have a method of reimbursement or crediting my account. Spoke with 2 people, and although nice, were not able to offer a satisfactory solution. They said "Call us first". Of course, if there is no power to the house, one would call them first. If the lights are on and almost everything works, I'd say most people wouldn't think to call them first. They need to compromise. I pay thousands yearly.
