Steven our rep and the installation crew did an excellent job from start to finish! Danny, Fernando, Jesus, Dakota, and Antonio were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently throughout the entire project. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was done correctly and neatly.

After a lot of researching the subject and companies to do my solar install, I decided to go with Robco - and I'm extremely happy I did so. I had the pleasure to work with Steven, who was fantastic throughout the process - from initial meeting to follow ups and anything in between, I never felt like anything was slipping through the cracks and he kept everything going in the best possible way. I am so completely amazed from the customer service I received from Robco! Every time we had an appointment, he was there 10 minutes earlier. The longest I had to wait for his call or text back was less than 1 hour. He went out of his way to make sure everything is perfect and as promised. During our first appointment Steven Araneta explained to me everything in detail, no pressure whatsoever. We’ve used Robco Electric to add solar panels to not just one, but two houses after we moved from the first one. After much research into several different solar companies we decided on Robco Electric. They had the most experience, the best product for the price, and because of Jorge Saal, they definitely had the best customer service. Robco is the way to go for solar panels in Las Vegas! I spent almost two months researching solar panel companies all around Las Vegas, and I am super happy that I didn’t go with anyone else. Let me break it down: First, I visited Sol-Up. They were good in the sense that they have a physical showroom where you can see the kinds of systems and equipment you’d actually get on your roof , which is helpful. However, I felt their sales approach was pretty pushy, and honestly, Ion Solar was even worse ,very aggressive and borderline harassing, in my opinion. I got quotes and compared about 10 different solar panel systems with all 3 companies, and I even ran the numbers myself and got help from ai. Every time, Robco came out on top for price, reviews, and quality of materials. Another big reason I chose Robco is because they’re not just a solar panel company. they’re a long-standing, known electrical company. That gave me confidence that if something happens 10 years down the line, I’ll still have someone to call. Many solar-only companies might not even be around that long. With my two months of experience from planning to installation to support after the install - I have to give a huge thanks to Adam. He made everything so much easier and was professional, kind, and always willing to help. Robco is lucky to have him! If you’re thinking about getting solar panels, do your research but trust me, you’ll likely end up choosing Robco. And definitely ask for Adam ,he’ll make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
