Following a disastrous experience with another local company, we turned to Cromwell for our residential Generac generator installation. Everyone we dealt with--from start to finish--was professional, knowledgeable, and super to work with. They handled the permitting process and coordinated with the local electrical company and propane provider. The entire project would have been completed in about 60 days if the propane company hadn’t caused a delay. We will have Cromwell out every year to service our generator and we will toast the entire crew with a hot cup of tea every time the power goes out (which is unfortunately a lot). I recently had Powerwalls installed in my home and though my past experience with your company gave me expectations for professional service, I was especially pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to answer all of my questions demonstrated by all of your team from Bill, Yasmine, Sara and Jesse to Angelo and Tucker as well as all others that I encountered. As for the installation, I cannot say enough great things about Angelo and Tucker. I respected the tight timelines that they were working under, but they still managed to always be friendly and responsive to my needs. Cromwell just installed the final six panels for my system. Evergy initially would only approve 18 panels until my annual usage allowed the remaining six to be installed. This was my third solar installation by Cromwell.
