I highly recommend this company, I was referred by a neighbor who was having work done and saw the truck out front so we decided to inquire, with summer coming we needed our current air conditioner replaced asap as it was 15+ years old. We got a great deal and everything was so smooth, we were able to get financed at a low interest rate & payment with Brooke and she walked us through the whole process from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC unit, thank you Green Solutions, looking forward to a cool summer!

I'm very grateful to be able to come back to give positive feedback to folks who want to hire a company that stands behind their product and word. I give this company 5-star rating for making things right the owner being compassionate and listening to my concerns. Here is what I had to say to him. Mr.John, I want to say thank you for the initial phone call and listening to my concerns and issues. I'm extremely happy with the prompt service call and keeping all the promises you offered to us for the hassles. I can't thank you enough for personally calling us tonight to follow up to assure the everything was completed. I can say you gave me a better viewpoint about the service with Green solution’s. Sorry to be long winded but I really appreciate you and the company for trying to make things right. I must commend Max for the spectacular work cleaning up the pump area and educationing us on how everything should function. Max’s personality will take him a long way in reassuring your clients. Best regards , Ronique Bolden NEWS ALERT DON’T set your self up for lies . From the sales rep to finance Melissa helps the company scam Innocent people out of thousand of dollars . To sum it my solar doesn’t work properly I’m exactly 1 year out and I can’t use all 3 bathrooms at the same time otherwise we will all have to take a to COLD shower . I have at least 15 service calls and on my 3rd water heater .one of the guys broke my roof and lied about it . I’m Like dude y’all are the only ones been in my attic. Sorry I have such to share with y’all. They told me that my light bill would be cut to at least half of what I was paying now I’m paying $540 light bill . Spoke to FPL they did go up a little but they have never seen someone bill reverse this way . I called Green Soluation ask Receptionist to have to owner to call a week ago today Yelp !! he never called me back . They are smooth talkers to get you in, until you sign your life away . The crazy part I should’ve known when they showed up at my house the next morning to install the solar and my loan wasn’t even approved yet . They spent 10 hours the first day when the loan people calls they were surprise they were already at me house before I had consent to the loan terms I told the guy I surprise too . That was another red flag smh . Geesh red flag i should’ve picked up.I can go on and on just please don’t use this company they are Scammer . Melissa is a BIG LIAR AND HELP THEM STEAL . I’m big on reviews but I was excited to have solar and my hot water heater. Please do your home work and really read the reviews . They have a lot of lawsuits open the more research this company . People please be careful you will be out of thousands of dollars . Now I have to look for another company to fix this mess I’m in . 12/5/2023 In responses to the owner : I called the office a left a message they stated a manager would called me back and text Jarrod to let him know we had to take cold showers. Thank goodness my husband was able to figure how to by pass the timer for the next night so we could take a warm Shower . No one has still called me back . I have came to term will have to a big lost of 18k . This system was a waste of money .

We worked with Green Solutions of Florida for a replacement roof; we worked specifically with Billy and he was great to work with. He sat and explained the process from start to finish thoroughly, kept in touch through calls and text. We were updated regularly. Really great experience working with Billy and our roof came out nicely. We are very very satisfied.

Company is a BIG SCAM COMPANY, they send a sweet talking sales representative who can sit for hours, make you comfortable and sell sell sell! We were told that they will send a check to us from their company to cover the first year of payment to the finance company and that we were going to get a $8000.00 rebate to used as we wish, but we thought hey we will put it toward the loan so out payments would be lower. WE GOT THIS INSTALL IN DECEMBER, SO I CONTACTED BROOK TO SEE HOW AND WHEN DO THE REBATES COME IN, SHE OBVIOUSLY GAVE ME A STORY. GREAT, the PAST MONTH I'VE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAAAAY AND THE PHONE IS ON BUSY MODE NO MATTER WHAT TIME WE CALL. BROOK ALSO USED TO ANSWER ALL MY TEXTS AND CALLS AND NOW, NOTHING!! IM DEFINITELY PUTTING A COMPLAINT ON BBB AND FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE. I'VE BEEN CALLING FOR THEM TO COME REMOVE WHAT THEY INSTALLED BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAY IF THEY DON'T GET ME THAT REBATE. SO SINCE YOU GUYS ANSWER YOUR RATINGS ANSWER THIS, SO I CAN SEND IT TO FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE. THANK YOU

This company does not closed permits with the city after receiving the last payment. Do not pay them until you have a copy of closed permits.

I had an amazing experience with Greene solutions! Austin was absolutely amazing! I felt I could trust him. Not the usual creepy sales guy feeling we all are familiar with. Great guy!! Great company

Recently had an energy review done with this company and surprisingly, it did not cost me anything for the review. The technician that came out was very polite and knowledgeable .I definitely recommend them for any Energy efficiency needs. Thanks for being honest and reliable !! Thank you
