Excellent experience throughout the design and installation process! Sales lead provided thoughtful design options, answered questions, and provided the best price compared to other vendors. Electrician accommodated our preferences for routing the wiring. Install team set clear expectations and was friendly and efficient. Main office handled all the utility paperwork with clear and timely communication throughout.

Having moved this year, it was my second solar panel installation by Midwest Solar Power. The management up to the install date and after was well organized. The day of installation went quickly. The crew showed up on time and efficiently split duties between the panel installers on the roof and the electrical wiring crew in the basement. All was done by early afternoon just in time for the sun to come out. After 3 weeks, the on-line monitoring system shows the panels are providing clean electricity to our home and the grid. Good experience. I recommended Midwest Solar Power to my neighbor.

The quote/plan provided by Rick C was competitive, intelligent, and future-proofed. I trust Rick to give an honest quote to anyone - no snake oil here, just facts and professional advice (rare these days). The project team, lead by Tom LB, were responsive and helpful throughout the entire project. I never had a doubt they were on top of the planning, coordination, and rebate submittal. The install crew were on my roof during one of the hottest and most humid weeks in June - they were productive and professional the entire time - these guys are where the rubber meets the road in our country's infrastructure - my hats off to Travis and his crew.

We had a great experience with Midwest Solar for our 5kW rooftop install on a late 1950s - early 1960s era house. Midwest provided the most thorough site estimate of any of the 4 installers we received bids from. Our roof is framed with rafters (i.e. not trusses), and during the site visit Midwest identified the simple structural reinforcements necessary and included the cost of those reinforcements with the quote. They were the only company to do this - all the other companies wanted us to sign a contract before providing any structural costs. Midwest answered all my questions in a timely manner, they managed all permits with the city and the interconnect agreement with the utility. Installation was very fast. They had a good size crew with efficient division of labor and installed my 5kW system in half a day. We highly recommend them
