Had a great experience with Ohana Energy! From the beginning they were upfront and honest about what to expect (which I really appreciated). I never felt pressured or left in the dark. They took the time to explain everything clearly so I always knew what was going on! I especially want to shout out Kahanu, who was super helpful throughout the whole process! Jeromy and all his support staff have gone above and beyond. My system was large with batteries and many panels and exports a great deal to the grid but has reduced my electric bill substantially if not almost completely and besides the tax savings I look forward to never being impacted by future APS utility rate increases other than at the 20% level of what I’m paying compared to last summer. Highly available and knowledgeable and I recommend completely.

Ohana employs a person by the name of Cameron, cam came to my house talking about solar panels. Cam claimed he knew intricately how solar panels worked and how much we would be charged with srp to remain on the grid and our average monthly bill. He showed us the app where his panels were on and how much his bill was a month. He claimed 12 dollars a month to stay on grid, and my bill " would be max josh 40 bucks and winter months were going to be free due to net negative of producing so much energy. Fast forward and turns out srp charges 38 a month and they said net negative isn’t real and he blatantly lied. They have also received many complaints on this salesman lying. The man that helped install our new energy plan that contracts with srp told us that he has received at least 6 other complaints like ours that cam lied and sold them a bag of goodies. He said he manipulated his app which is easy to do apparently to show that he only paid 100 but that isn’t possible as my bill with half the sq footage and no pool with only 2 ppl living here is already projected to be 145. He also said there is no months I will not pay for energy that doesn’t exist. Can has since ghosted me with no response for his PowerPoint he showed us, pictures of his app, or his employer information. I found out he worked here through the contractor. This is exactly why most people claim solar is a scam…

EPIC!!!!! Got us hooked up with whole home solar. They literally helped us through the process. Every single step. Cam was literally a beacon of light. He explained all the INS and outs of the program. We got a free HVAC vent sealing service done. Crazy difference. We could not be happier
