Definitely a no pressure sales approach - we got all the information and details we needed to make a decision, and it made too much sense to pass up. Mike and Sammi were great through the whole process of getting approvals and getting things set up, installed and working. I would 100% recommend this team - for their professionalism, product and overall cost.

I’ve had lots of people knock on my door and try to sell us solar Jake and his company came and explained the actual benefits from solar and it made so much sense that I did something I never wanted to do which was invest in solar If you’re like me and tell all the door knocker and leave. Hello!! My husband and I, had plenty of different solar companies knocking on our door since we bought our new home. We’ve heard it all. We turned down all of those other offers.. No one made it through our front door before. All of them never could seem to answer our basic questions. All proposing they are the best solar company to go with. We were just about done with hopes of coming across a professional, customer focused solar company. One that had integrity with friendly, sharp, minded individuals to help us with our solar needs. One night after getting home from work, we both happened to be out front talking with each other, then a young man named Jake approached us. He had another associate with him. Both were friendly and respectful right from the start. Easy to engage in conversation that didn’t involve an overly aggressive sales pitch. Even had us laughing and at ease. We listened to what he had to say and after about 30 minutes of just questions and answers he was able to actually provide, we decided to invite them in to sit down and talk with us. We had a good discussion back and forth debating whether or not this was a good choice.. we discussed our needs, went over our APS bills and costs. A little time to go over details, inquire about our options. There was plenty of information about how it all costs, works, set up, layout design possibilities etc. Very well done with the presentation of all the information. Extremely well explained. No details left out. We asked it was answered. Definitely clarified in full light. Most appreciative of this aspect. Despite the numerous questions we asked, objectives we threw out, Jake was able to assure us that our home having solar was gonna be the best option to save money now and in the years to come. We wanted to save money, not spend a fortune on the ever rising APS taxes and ridiculous costs of electricity. It was simple, we needed to get solar. Could we afford it? The simple answer was yes! We were still struggling with deciding if this is the best company to go with, if we really needed to go solar. We needed to shop around and ensure we were getting the best price for what we needed to offset costs for today and all the years to come. Costs are not going down. Prices on everything are going up. No pressure from Jake. Just straight up honesty and respect from the get go. We respect and appreciate that more than anything. Didn’t mind the friendly humor, it was like having a friend over to visit. Building relationships requires commitment and trust. Jake was definitely earning that. After all our questions were answered, we said we need to discuss this and see if we can find anyone else able to match or even make a better offer. No problem. No pressure, no doubt we were given the opportunity to do what we felt was best for us. Jake let us have the time we needed, which we used. No one else was going to provide the necessary services and system we needed at the price we wanted. We did our homework and shopped around. We got the run around with other companies that wanted to wait forever to have an appointment with us. Time don’t wait for no one. We don’t want to waste anymore time and money. We contacted Jake, let him know we wished to move forward with Solar WRX. Not going to let this opportunity pass us by. We can honestly say, that we would recommend Jake, he works hard for you! Went above and beyond for us! We would love to give more stars if we could. We will be ready to recommend Solar WRX, to anyone we know or come across, who would be interested in going solar. We are very grateful and pleased with our solar system. The system works great, looks good, saving us money on our APS Bill, which is amazing!! High quality work, installers were respectful.
