I had an exceptional experience with Avail Solar! Greg, my solar consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through every step with ease. The owner, Willy, took the time to personally sit down with me at my kitchen table to address all my questions and concerns, which truly set the company apart. The entire process was seamless and efficient—a stunning solar system was installed within a week of signing the agreement. The installation team was professional, quick, friendly, and left my property spotless. I’m thrilled with my decision to go with Avail Solar and highly recommend them!

We had been discussing purchasing a battery for our solar system recently, and David Gowens showed up just in time. He could tell we were hesitant to move forward with a purchase, as we’d been unhappy with the company that installed our system in the first place. We didn’t feel we were getting the best usage out of our system. He sat with us for hours, explained that our system works, just not efficiently, and helped us to understand how it should work. We felt very comfortable and happy to make an upgrade and battery purchase after spending time with David. He is genuine, intelligent and kind. We highly recommend him!

Buying solar panels has always seemed out of reach and not something a middle-class family like ours could really expect to be able to do. David helped us see that it was not only possible, but actually made sense for us to do. What I expected to be a sales pitch turned out to be a crash course in meeting life goals and financial goals simultaneously, instead of sacrificing one at the expense of the other. Through David and the Avail team we're now getting solar panels plus a new roof at an incredible discount. Brayden, the young man who set up our meeting with David, was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him.

Taylor came by my house and explained everything in detail about solar and explained to me how their company avail solar could help. At first I was hesitant but as she kept talking and explaining everything to me, it all started to make more sense. David was sent to my home the next day and was really straight forward with me from the start which I like. As we got to talking and explaining to him about my situation he was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Both Taylor and David were very helpful and I’d highly recommend them. Will update this review once everything is done. The customer service they provide is top notch! Highly recommend if you have any questions about solar. Update 10/08/2025 the roof and solar was installed within a few weeks, everything was done pretty quick and professionally. Everyone I met from getting my roof replaced to the people installing the solar itself was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had along the way. The only thing I would say is that it took a little longer for certain things to get done but that was no fault to avail it was more of a city/Rocky Mountain power getting the work approved. I would highly recommend avail solar for anyone interested in getting into solar.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Preston and Braden were fantastic. They stopped by my house and were genuinely friendly—not pushy at all. They simply wanted to see if they could help, and I really appreciated their respectful approach. They took the time to show me different ways I could lower my ridiculously high energy bill (nearly $600 a month!), and explained everything clearly. I felt like they truly cared, not just about a sale, but about helping people. Even though I’m not quite ready to move forward due to my credit, I’m working on it—and I’d honestly work for this company in a heartbeat if I had the chance. An overall great experience! Hyrum and David were both so friendly and knowledgeable. David explained everything as we went along and he was very patient with any questions we had. I can hardly say enough good things about their team. Even Devin, who only came by for a few minutes, gave me his number and offered to answer any questions I might think of later.

I was so impressed with Taylor and Grace today! They were so personable and friendly and not pushy at all! I felt they were very genuine and honest also. They were truly just interested in what was best for my situation and needs! Thank you for having such high quality employees!
