My husband and I did extensive research on solar power, so we understood the advantages of having solar, available tax rebates, and what was involved in the installation process. After searching the available companies in the area, customers reviews, we generated a list of questions and interviewed several companies. Our tenacity to find the right company was rewarded when we found Revision. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable on each aspect of the project from rebates, differences between solar panels, permits, roof panel layout, signoffs before turning on the panels to a detailed step by step of the project. Our house was not an easy house to install 28 panels without wiring showing. They had a design specialist that focused on older historical homes, design panel arrangement on the roof without any wiring showing truly a work of art. The attention given to each detail of the project was amazing, "the golden standard for a solar installation". Joan Hilly Foster

Been looking at going solar for 5 years but needed a new roof. In hindsight I should have just sucked it up and got the roof done asap because according to my calculations I wasted $20K paying the utility for electricity instead of just replacing my roof early and going solar. But anyways I called ReVision/SunBug because of their stellar repuation. I have friends in the industry and they tell me that one of the most important things is to find a company that has their own service team and stands behind their installs. The horror stories that you hear about bad solar experiences are almost always from subcontractors or back of the van companies that dissappear on the customer when something goes wrong. David C responded to my request and said that he would run a quick estimate using online tools that is 95% accurate. If it looks good he will come out to shore up the variables, but no pressure if the investment doesnt meet my goals. I appreciated his no pressure approach. Pricing was competitive so I told him to come visit and shore up the price which was confirmed after the visit and everything looked good. I also solicited a few bids from energysage which was a royal disaster. I got all these crazy quotes with numbers all over the place from no-name companies, and they kept messaging me nonstop with these fake deadlines. I work in sales myself and my wife is an engineer so it is pretty easy to see through the B.S. Upon doing more research half of the companies messaging me were shell companies setup by some other installer on the west coast. Exactly the type of installer I wanted to avoid as they sub stuff out and then leave town and leave customers high and dry. So i signed up with Revision! The install was 3 days even in the crappy weather the crew finished up on time. The electricians took the extra time to hide all the conduit in the attic and instead of hanging lines over the edge of the roof which looks horrible. The operations team kept in touch the whole time. The master electrician even came out and spent his entire day chasing down my towns electrical inspector who of course "forgot he had to do an inspection" . Great experience. I am going to save more than $100K in utility costs over the next 20 years. (probably more with all this AI data center slop driving up everyones prices). Even without the tax credit the cost of solar is less than the utility if you plan to live in your house a while. Great investment!

Responsive and thorough design and project implementation - ReVision was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This is our second project with them. Excited to light up the new panels and start harvesting photons! Highly recommend this company for solar installs.

The Revision team was a pleasure. Ted walked me through the project and design renderings. He was able to explain all steps and process as a whole. Once we agreed to move forward, there were several site visits needed by different parties, but everyone was extremely flexible, timely and quick. Install was a month sooner than estimated and took only 3 days. Electric company gave the all clear late last week to turn on panels and I am checking into the app to see what the panels are pulling often. I have already recommended to several people and will continue to praise solar and Revision.

We had a fantastic experience with ReVision installing our 30-panel solar array! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and communicative. We needed some structural work on the interior of our roof, and they handled that seamlessly as part of the process. The entire installation took about four days, with the first day dedicated to the structural work. The installers were polite, hardworking, and left everything spotless when they finished. Our project rep kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we always knew what to expect. They also took care of all the coordination with Eversource and our town for permits and inspections, which made the whole process stress-free. We highly recommend ReVision to anyone considering solar—they made it easy, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

I explored rooftop solar at my house with a couple of firms and ReVision was the most direct and clear to work with. I didn't feel like there was hocus-pocus going on with who pays for what and who owns what. Their staff, from administrative to technical field people, were great to work with - pleasant, informed, and enthusiastic about what they were doing.

Selected Revision based on research. They are well rated, competitively priced, and well informed. Their longevity and scale also were considerations. The entire process was communicated well, all questions were answered and the on-site crew were efficient and knowledgeable. I had many questions and they worked with us until we were comfortable in making the selection. Tony, Joe, Dustin and Russel were all accommodating on-site. Rachel coordinated the entire process and Derek answered all additional technical questions. Great company and team. Highly recommended.
