I had Suns Solar Cleaning come out to my home in Tracy to clean my solar panels and install bird-proof mesh, and they did an amazing job! Roman was great with communication — very professional, quick to respond, and explained everything clearly before the appointment. Ed, who did the work on site, was also awesome! He showed up on time, cleaned under and around all the panels, and installed the mesh really neatly and securely. The whole setup looks super clean now. They also sent me a full photo report afterward with before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated. The price was fair, the communication was smooth, and everything went exactly as promised. I’ll definitely reach out to them again for my next cleaning — highly recommend both Roman and Ed!

Suns Solar Cleaning did an amazing job with both the cleaning and bird proofing on our Rocklin home and I'm so glad we finally called professionals instead of trying to deal with it ourselves anymore. We had been dealing with pigeons nesting under our solar array for over two years and it was getting worse every season with all the noise and droppings everywhere including on our patio furniture and car. Joe's crew arrived exactly when they said they would and spent about three hours carefully removing all the birds and nests then cleaning up years worth of accumulated mess under there before installing the mesh barriers around all 30 panels. The cleanup was thorough and they even hosed down our roof and gutters to get rid of all the bird droppings that had spread beyond just the panel area. What impressed me most was how they explained everything they were doing and showed me the before and after pictures so I could see the transformation, plus they included a free inspection and told me about a small crack in one panel that I should keep an eye on. The investment was worth every penny at $320 and we're already planning to have them back twice a year for regular cleaning maintenance.

Joe and his team completely solved our pigeon problem under our 24 solar panels in just one afternoon and I couldn't be happier with the results. They showed up right on time with all their equipment ready to go and got straight to work removing the birds and all that nasty buildup underneath without any drama. The galvanized steel mesh they installed looks clean and professional and you can barely tell it's there from the ground which was important to me since I didn't want it to look ugly on our roof. They also cleaned the panels themselves with their special deionized water system and I swear they look brand new again, plus they took before and after photos so I could see exactly what they did without having to climb up there myself. The whole job was done efficiently and the price of $275 was totally fair for the amount of work involved, definitely calling them back in six months for another cleaning.

The cleaning crew came out on time. Went over what they were going to do and informed me they would take before and after pictures. They got done within an hour and showed me the pictures. They did a good job at cleaning the panels and removing debris on and under the panels. After they left I went up and noticed they didn’t clean out the gutter of all the poop that got washed down. Also some of the tiles on the roof still had poop on it. They said they would clear out the gutters and any poop on the roof. Disappointed they missed this. *UPDATE. After posting the initial review, the company called and wanted to address the issues I had. They sent out the same crew to clean out the gutters and wash all remaining poop off the roof. They showed me pictures of their work. Thank you for giving excellent customer service.
