ION Solar - Oklahoma

Biggest scam ever mostly with the loan company they work with we are unable to sell the house until finish paying off the loan we had advise them that we are a military family we are always constantly moving yet they kept saying it be fine if we had to sell that it wasn’t an issue when it is one. Don’t even bother with getting solar hardly saved anything on the light bill. WORST INVESTMENT EVER

Looked at a lot of different Solar companies, Super happy we went with ION. Overall, great experience with the team. McCallum Smith our Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy. He gave us all the details, outlined tradeoffs, and answered all of our questions. The Install team and the support were great. Would definitely recommend ION to anyone looking for a solid Solar company.

My rep Dan Blankenship in Portland was easy to work with, responsive my text, and quick to get me from door knock to install. I compared 3 quotes (comparable panel size and quality), and his was the best. I also opted for the critter protector thing to prevent birds/squirrels from nesting underneath.

Our experience has been wonderful with "The Simpsons" lol! (Two brothers with ION). These guys are absolutely fabulous, very approachable and answered all of our questions with expertise and knowledge. We are excited about our experience with this company!

From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Jacob Pace was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the solar options available and helped me choose the best system for my needs. Jacob was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions throughout the process. He made me feel confident in my decision to switch to solar energy. The installation team was equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, and completed the installation in a timely manner. The quality of their workmanship was evident, and they left my property clean and tidy. I couldn't be happier with my solar installation experience, and I highly recommend Jacob Pace and the entire team for their outstanding service. Going solar was not only an environmentally conscious choice but also a hassle-free and enjoyable one, thanks to their expertise and professionalism.

Avoid it. Sounds good at first. But they will not help you with whatsoever when it comes to anything paperwork wise. They will threaten you with liens and all sorts of other things. Whether you have the information or not. Plus it doesn't help that when they call it pops up is a scam. I wish they would just install it so it's over.

Process was very smooth with our sales rep Ryan Schoen being available during the entire process. We finished well ahead of schedule completing the process in only 2 weeks and the install in 1 day! They even handled our HOA and all permitting for us.
