Sales rep gave me a call and then got offended when I told him his pitch about how they "are working with Duke" is deceptive. Then got aggressive on the phone. Would avoid if I were you. Editing my response to speak to respond to the owners note below: I am not a customer or in your records because I was cold called by one of the reps and they were extremely rude and deceptive. One of the best investments our family has ever made was install a water filtration system in our home. As someone who suffers from eczema, having great quality water has been a game changer. I no longer deal with dry, cracked skin. And as a woman who has been dyeing her hair for years, my hair color lasting longer due to no chlorine in our water is also a plus. My Wife and I love our new water purification system.. Juan gave a very thorough and informative presentation of how the system works and all it’s benifits. Ramón, the installer was very professional and literally walked us through the best option for the installation.
