People’s Power rep/co-owner Jeff Packard is the best rep I have worked with in solar. He helped us oversee the entire process from start to finish. Jeff cares that his customers are satisfied and answers every question with competence. He is straight forward about costs and timeline. The Peoples Power representative (Jeff ) did an awesome job of providing all information in a truthful , easily understandable way. When he didn't have an answer he researched it and got back to me as quickly as possible. I appreciated his help and guidance through the whole process and would absolutely recommend him.

This review is long overdue due to many occurrences in my life with a loss of spouse, needing a new roof and other difficult items to deal with. That being said, Jeff Packard and Peoples Power have been nothing short of fantastic from start to finish (APS Turn on of the system is the only piece of unfinished business) and recommend him and his company for a great job in guiding me through the process of adding Solar Power to my home. I searched for a long time in order to make the decision to add Solar! There are so many pitfalls for anyone like me (86 years of age), if you don't get the right information when considering a project of this magnitude. I heard many stories and received a few quotes where the information provided was different as well as "what happens after the job is complete". Jeff gave me the "nuts and bolts" story from start to finish and detailed everything for me. I'm confident that his suggestions and reputation are paramount for me to make the Peoples Power decision. This has proven to be a 5 star experience. A handful of months ago we decided, after experiencing only a month with our swimming pools, that we had to have solar. I began with getting a total of 4 different bids. It seemed to me to be a confusing and slippery process that I wasn’t feeling good about. I was then referred to Jeff at Peoples Power. Wow, what a difference. We ended up with 2 installations, our roof and dad’s roof next door. I was so impressed with Jeff’s sales style I asked him how often they consider adding sales people. Jeff immediately considered me for an opportunity. I have been in sales for more than 23 years and have always been very comfortable with the sales function. Having moved to Arizona a year ago and really not ready to call myself retired, I quickly saw this as an opportunity. That opportunity is to sell a product that truly benefits people, is sold at a fair and competitive price and is installed by true professionals. While solar can make sense anywhere, if you live in a sun soak region and especially if you have a swimming pool, solar is a no brainer.

Jeff and the team did an amazing job with the solar install and follow through. From the very beginning during the consultation and Jeff helping with financing. It was easy to follow what was happening throughout the process even before the install with the app that they use you can see all the different steps that it takes to get to the solar system installed. The team that installed the panels were efficient, clean And very respectful of the property. Highly recommend them.
