El servicio de atención al cliente ha mejorado bastante. La incorporación de Mateus ha sido muy positiva. Es una persona que habla tres idiomas y eso facilita mucho la comunicación con los clientes. Además, siempre muestra una actitud muy amable, con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar rápidamente. Sin duda, la atención ha mejorado mucho desde su llegada. Customer service has improved significantly. The addition of Mateus has been a great asset. He speaks three languages, which makes communication much easier for everyone. He’s always friendly, polite, and quick to assist, with a great attitude and a smile. The service has definitely improved since he joined the team.

Adrian, Carlos, Brendan, Luke to name a few.... are excellent in every aspect. The value these guys bring to the SOFLO solar EPC community is unparalleled. NO project is too big when you have these guys backing you up.

I need to edit my review because the response from the "owner" was assuming, i was a walk in and there is no option to respond to that... Again, I'd like to emphasize that I like CED, thats why im trying to help them to give a hint where they should improve. I placed my order a few days ahead, just a few items, like 10 bolts, 10 end clamps and a J-box..took about 30 minutes to get it, NOT counting the waiting on the customer before me to be served. There is only 1 person at the check out and no matter how much before you place the order, he needs to go to the back to put the order together...and this is happening all the time...I never had an "in and out", even when no other customer were there. So here is the reason for my comment on the checkout. "Could be faster the checkout process, other than that it is a great company." Thank you for your response and keep up the good work.
