Freedom Forever

Extremely satisfied with everything thus far. Today was installation day. Assuming that all goes smoothly here on out, I will change my review to 5 stars. Communication from all members of the team is outstanding, explanation of the entire process was thorough and understandable, all my specific and subsequent questions were also answered thoroughly and from a very experienced perspective. I worked with Chad and Liam initially, and Nick was our electrician who led the install team. All were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about everything. Liam was friendly and offered and scheduled the appt with the Sales Advisor seemlessly, Chad had years of experience within the industry and his knowledge was vast. He was incredibly personable and also easy to understand, when he was explaining the process. Nick and team arrived early and finished install in about 3 hours. They were professional and passionate about their work and did everything with patience and ease. I am so thankful to have decided to go with this company. Highly recommend them to anyone in Portland trying to decide between the multiple solar companies available.

Be very careful of this company, the install on our home was very unprofessional. There were several visits over several months, before we had permission to operate. The first inspection failed for multiple reasons, the mounts for the array are jammed into our ridge caps, the amount of holes left in our roof is absolutely uncalled for, the lack of communication is unreal, there are holes in our drywall in the garage where all the components were installed among many other frustrating problems. That is the shortest version of the story. I would leave zero stars if it were an option. We have had to hire another company to come and get our system to the point where it is working, and they have found multiple other problems in the process. At this point I’m going to share this across every social media platform and any other avenue I can to make sure the word gets out so that other people are aware in an effort to stop this from happening to anyone else!! Also, to anyone reading this, please do not be fooled by the generic response that has been left to my review, I can assure you they have NOT reached out in any way. I’m assuming that their tactic there is to make it appear that they are actually doing something about it. I would think they would have used one of the many opportunities we gave them to resolve the issues, before we sent a demand letter, when they didn’t respond to that, it was quite clear they are not willing to fix their mistakes on there own behalf.

We met Alex quite some time ago. He introduced us to Freedom Forever and showed us that having solar panels was attainable . He worked untiringly with us to provide a solar system which met my wife and my expectations. My wife and I have found Alex Santana and Franco Ayala to be professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in resolving whatever problems arise. He is knowledgeable and personable and pleasant to work with.

I’m so happy we were able to find a program and company that benefits older people and those on a fixed income. James Arthur was amazing and helped us the whole process. After seeing numerous people go with freedom we wanted to give it a shot. So happy we did. We’ve already recommended 3 others who are going solar as well. Can’t express enough how grateful I am.

With energy prices as they are, we have been looking for an alternative way to save money. Alex Santana approached us and told us about what they offer and it matched what we were looking for. This is not an easy process from start to finish by any means but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of attention and follow through that Alex provided. He either answered all of my questions and concerns right away or reached out to get the answers and then promptly followed up with us. The process went pretty smooth for a construction project and the sales team and Project Manager were helpful as well, but if it wasn’t for Alex then I would not feel comfortable leaving a review as he was just awesome!

Allen did a fantastic job in explaining the program. Very patient with me as I’m not very tech savvy; and transparent with how the power purchase program works. They even had my transformer upgraded with the utility at no cost to me! This program is saving me $50/m with no loan, no debt and no cash invested. Best choice for anyone retired with no federal tax like myself. The installation crew was very professional, quick one day install and easy going crew. Would recommend Freedom Forever to anyone and everyone, outstanding customer service from their representative. Referring my neighbors to Allen so they can see how much they can save too!

We are loving freedom forever. This company really pays close attention to detail. And we give them five golden stars For all their efforts in striving to please their customers. They truly have you covered for all your wants and needs. I still believe in a good old-fashioned handshake, and these folks understand what that handshake means.
