I contacted Express Electrical Service to install a hardwired car charger and two 120 volt dedicated outlets in my garage. They were able to make the process on my end super easy. The permit process with the town, and the rebate offered by duke energy was handled completely by them. As for the representative, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked him very detailed questions about his field of work and he was able to answer without hesitation. The price seemed a little high, but I did get a pretty sweet charger with energy management capabilities.

Judah and NCexpress were fantastic. The estimate for the Tesla home charger installation was spot on, no extra charges. All was covered by the Duke energy rebate. Judah provided accurate arrival times and work completion time. The little bit of dry that needed to be removed was put back up and everything was cleaned up Thank you

We decided to try NC Express because they offered FREE estimates, something not that common with other electrical services. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. James arrived on time, and provided sound and honest information. He was not pushy and offered alternatives to the issues we raised. For example, having researched parts pricing, I found the parts too expensive when supplied by the company. James indicated that he could use customer supplied parts (although they would not be warranted). Once my parts arrived, the job was completed in half the time estimated and the job site was cleaned well. Overall, while I was happy with the service, I thought the pricing was higher than it should have been. The service fee was to be expected, but there was also a "dispatch fee" and permit fee (which totaled more than I had anticipated).

Jimmie did a wonderful job installing 2 kitchen island pendant lights and a chandelier. He was polite, courteous and very professional- highly recommend NC express electrical services!!

We had a problem with our smoke detectors. NC Express Services was quick to respond to our call. Lisa from the office was friendly and professional on the phone and set up the service call promptly. They sent James out ASAP. James was very professional and solved the problem quickly. He explained what he had done to solve the problem and what we would be charged for for full transparency. He did not sneak in any unnecessary charges. We are pleased with the service we received and would recommend.
