V3 Electric

Zero accountability, Zero Leadership 5 years ago this was a much different company, it was one I would even recommend. Now you are connected to a call center with no way to talk to anyone who has any power or knows what is going on. V3's new way of doing things is that someone will call you back at some time eventually. They installed solar panels on my roof which the roof ended up need to be replace before 5 years. So they uninstalled the panels at a discount since they acknowledged that it was not meet there minimum viability of a roof standard. The roof was replaced within the week and then it took them over 6 weeks to reinstall. They showed up saying they were only going to install half of it because the other half should already be installed which it wasn't. Then tried to blame us that it was our fault because those weren't V3 panels, which was wrong. Then they mis-measured so they stopped and said we will be back within the week maybe if there schedule person cancels on someone else. No one to call, no one to fix the situation just wait to see what happens. The employee's said they couldn't get a hold of their field manager. I have no way of contacting anyone to solve this issue just wait a week and see if someone calls me or shows up. Leadership at this company are cowards that hide behind customer service so they never have to speak to a customer and aren't held accountable at there poor planning and management. The first time they installed panels there was a thunder storm and the only way I was able to get a hold of anyone was through my sales rep. the employee's were scared and I said that they needed to get off the roof if V3 wasn't covering the liability if something happened. The sales rep called the field supervisor and made him take his guys down till the storm passed. Issue like this happen over and over again. Do not recommend. The photos below show v3 quality with miss measuring, inability to match panels, and patching your roof of there mistakes without your knowledge or approval.

Brenton and his team at V3 have been great in explaining the savings I can have with Solar power and he has answered all my questions quickly, and I usually have a lot of questions, lol. The install team was great, fast, and thorough as well! Super friendly people that explain everything to you. Give them a shout! And please look at your electric bill for the "Delivery Fee," $$ going to Oncor for recouping their expenses for upgrades and repairs. I didn't know what that even was until V3 Electric, Brenton, explained it to me.

V3 Electric is a great company. Many thanks to Adriana Z who walked me through the process. She is very knowledgeable and help answer many questions I had, and made it easier to make the change, now I can start saving money. I highly recommend V3 Electric.

These guys have always been knocking on my door and finally decided to give them a chance, the reviews initially were scary but it was worth the wait for the install! My bill really did go down and I appreciate the team for keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. Give them a chance and you will be grateful!

Title: Deeply Disappointed – Misleading Promises and Poor Performance I regret ever signing up with V3 Electric. From the start, their sales tactics felt pushy and misleading. I was promised significant savings and reliable solar energy, but what I got was a system that barely covers my electricity needs. Even on sunny days, I’m still paying high utility bills because the system doesn’t generate enough power. To make matters worse, their customer service is practically nonexistent. I’ve reached out multiple times to get answers or support, and either I’m ignored or given vague responses that don’t solve anything. I’ve read other reviews where people were harassed by sales reps or misled about tax credits and installation timelines—sadly, my experience lines up with those complaints. If you're considering solar, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. V3 Electric seems more interested in locking people into contracts than actually delivering on their promises. I feel scammed, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
