RNR Solar had great customer service when we were in the solar installation process. But we just noticed that the installation tube broke on the ceiling before the 2 year install mark and they are HORRIBLE at helping. I had to pay another company to fix their failed workmanship.

I was dreading having my house re-roofed, but it needed to be done. I got bids from two other companies before I contacted RNR Roofing. Owner Gregg Miller visited my home and spent almost two hours with me, explaining the process, various product options, and costs. He was friendly and thorough. And candid. He told me from the outset, "I won't be the lowest bid but I won't be the highest bid." I ended up choosing RNR because of Gregg's candor, and the fact that he has a 30-year track record on the mountain. He crew was timely, professional, and fast. Gregg estimated the job would take two-and-a-half days. They were all done by 10 a.m. the third day. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Highly recommended.

The entire experience has been a disaster. the solar was installed a couple months after the install date. Then during the install, the installed conduct lines through the exterior of the house and ruined all the new paint I had done, they left roof tile behind the chimney and I had to ask them multiple times to bring those down which took months for them to come back. Then a year later, I didn’t know this but with Edison they set you up on an annual bill plan. after my annual bill came in, it said I owed $1500. that because the solar company didn’t properly setup emphase to link with Edison, so I have been generating solar all this time and none of it went to Edison. I have tried to speak with Gregg Miller the owner about it, and he said he would schedule a call and then he doesn’t call me and keeps ignoring. I’m having my attorning file a lawsuit on this. stay away. This company does not pay attention to detail. I can go on with the mistakes that were made during this entire process.

Gregg Miller and his crews recently replaced our roof with wooden cedar shingles. We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process, from the inital contract to the project completion. Working with Gregg could not have been better. The members of his crews were all great, very knowledgeable, and hard working. I strongly recommend RNR Roofing!

Our roof was looking pretty frayed at the edges of the shingles so I knew it would need to be replaced at some point. Gregg the owner came out and talked with us about roofing materials and funding. He explained everything throughly and was very patient with us. We ultimately decided to go with RNR Roofing because he was willing to sit down and explain everything and help with the process. The work his works did was excellent, our roof looks great. We did have a couple snags with the workers and our rain diverter that Gregg was more than happy to fix for us. He arranged for a gutter install for the front of the house after our rain diverter was forgotten. He definitely takes pride in his company and goes the extra mile to make sure things are right. I would recommend RNR Roofing to anyone that is looking for a new roof.

I was very apprehensive about putting solar on my home, however, once dealing with this professional company, they eased my mind by answering all my questions, and addressing all my concerns! I would highly recommend them! So much so that I felt very compelled to actually leave a 5 star review! Just ask for Gregg and he’ll answer all your questions!

Did a great job on our roof at a great price, they were not the cheapest but gave us a reasonable price. They were very professional and kept our house clean, got the job done quickly and our roof was very well done. I highly recommend this business!
