Great establishment and even better employees. A standout for me was Adolfo who was very welcoming and took his time to help me with every question I had. Came in looking for a new headset and monitor and left with a an array of parts for my pc! He really helped dial down what I needed and what was missing for my upcoming build. I’m very appreciative and impressed with the service here. Will be coming back soon!

Let's start off, I bought an order online for a store pick up, so me and my wife decided to go to the store and wait for it to be ready. We just walked and looked around the store when I noticed the security guard around me. I went to another area and there he was again. I was feeling annoyed and alarmed as the security kept staring at me I went to the check out to find out why it's taking long. There he was again. Many other customers were in the store. But this security guard wannabe cop wanted to follow me. Neither me or my wife were wearing masks or gloves attempting to hide anything, we didn't even have bags. I never felt so uncomfortable.

This man is rude and not that welcoming at all. When I went to him for help he gave me a very weird look and attitude. No professional at all. Hope the authorities train them better regarding communication & respecting customers.

I went to this location for issues with my lap top hundred times they did not help me at all every time they used to say problem solved no issues ,but the moment i start using my laptop i find same issues going on I am tired from just go back and forth such a waste of time I wish if they told me this problem can not be solved i will accept and appreciate the honesty I picked up my laptop today after several times fixing unfortunately they did not solve it as usual very disappointed

I was excited for the grand opening for Best Buy at Rego Center. But then, I quickly got disappointed with how some of the items and displays were damaged/dirty for a new place. But now it makes sense... I think this best buy moved from Elmhurst to Rego Park.

I bought a refurbished iPhone here and had an issue with the camera. Erick and Joel from the Geek Squad helped me resolve it and were patient throughout the process. I received excellent customer service and will gladly purchase from this location again. Thanks to the staff I left very happy with my purchase.

I visit this places for black Friday First time is everything OK but it was smaller places then Elmhurst the setup this places is sucks they use old stuff on display plus bestbuy in Elmhurst was much better they squeeze too much stuff no space mixed up item between others confuse too much where items are on shelves It look nice but not perfect this one in middle bestbuy ok
