Absolutely horrendous customer service, no ownership taken to rectify an issue that was the fault of BESTBUY! My wife and I came in and purchased a washer and dryer and set up delivery for the Monday a week after…8 days. We had set up and paid for only them to deliver and new and haul away our old washer and dryer. The delivery team comes yesterday and makes a big deal about how they can’t install anything due to a number of reasons. While my wife was making a call I called BESTBUY. I got no answer and the delivery team took it upon themselves to cancel our delivery, load up our new washer and dryer that we paid for, and didn’t do anything with our old units. They told us we had to now call and reschedule. I went to BESTBUY and they informed me of how sorry they were and that we would receive a call from their 3rd party team they use. I spoke with them today and was told sorry all we can do is reschedule you for next Monday…we understand your frustration. At this point since we still haven’t received anything, spent almost $2,000 and are being treated as if this just happens all the time. Well BESTBUY thank you for not stepping up to take ownership of YOUR MISTAKE!! We’ve cancelled our order completely and will never be doing business with BESTBUY ever again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. To add to my review look how the fact that this store has more 1 and 2 star ratings than anything. That’s what happens when you hire people who don’t know what "taking ownership" means! I’m in commissioned sales, so not only if I don’t sell…but also don’t offer great customer service and taking ownership of a situation to rectify it I don’t sell and my family doesn’t eat. Maybe teach your crew what the definition of customer service actually means.

Everytime i come to this location, I'm always greeted politely, and always asked if i need help finding something. The whole store is fairly organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was a breeze when i picked up my M4 MacBook Air and when I needed help finding printer ink. I will return in the near future.

I will never order from here again…purchased a U-Haul for my tv that had to be ordered. Was told it would be in today. I get to the store and they said that the truck was late for drop off but should be here 12:30/1. I had the rental for a couple of hours. Went back into the store to check on delivery and was told they had to go through a fraud process. After a hour passes, I call customer support only to be told the truck hadn’t come at all and it could be later today or it’d arrive tomorrow. No email stating a delay or anything so now I’m out of 70 bucks for a U-Haul and no TV. Asked to just have it shipped and was told couldn’t do that either. Cancelled the order and they put the cause payment issue. No! Delivery issue tell the truth!! Will never deal with this store again!

I never write reviews, but I feel I should give a huge shoutout to Luke in the GeekSquad. I came in with a problem regarding my PC’s USB ports because they all became broken because of a faulty USB that I had. At first, the estimate to get my PC fixed was around 200+ dollars, but because Luke is very knowledgeable and didn’t take advantage of my situation, he gave me a very smart and cheaper alternative fix to my problem that costed 20 dollars. Thank you Luke for saving my PC and my pockets!

This is literally the worst Best Buy ever. The laptop I purchased was completely broken and wouldn’t even start and the printer I bought online for pickup went completely ignored for 2 hours. After waiting for it in the lot for over an hour I went inside just to be told that they were having customer service issues and that was the holdup. I then got in the line where everyone had a similar issue and had been waiting just as long or longer. The checkout is also the customer service department and pickup area with two people who obviously have no clue what they’re doing and the only helpful employee there was being yelled at by the manager and accused me of stealing my items despite my physical receipt and emailed receipt. If you want to waste the majority of your day while being treated as a burden then go there. Otherwise please shut down this monstrosity!
