Very positive experience from initial discussions to receipt of Permission to Operate for 3 units in Northern Va. Communication and scheduling was easy and the design and install went smoothly. We are now operational and have had zero issues. I love my two new solar systems installed by Solar Tyme. The house system was so perfect that I also installed another separate system on my standalone garage. Installs were so clean and well done that the county inspector only had to look at the pictures provided by the installer and didn't even open the panel. My only complaint is that I never received the $1000 referral bonus when my neighbor had them install a system on their home. Not sure if this is a problem with the company, or the salesman.

The people at SolarTyme were available, helpful, and professional throughout the selection, design, installation, and activation process. We’re glad to have the process completed. It’s our first solar installation. We look forward to years of power production

SolarTyme was wonderful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed on what was going on and answered all of my questions in a timely manner (within 24 hours). It took about two months to be operational, but this was due to the power company's slow process, NOT SolarTyme. I encourage anyone who is on the fence about solar to go for it. It is an investment into your home. I feel that instead of me paying the utility company $300 per month, I am investing that $300 into my house instead of paying the utility. This is an investment into your home that you will not regret, and SolarTyme is a fantastic company who takes the time to explain everything about solar and the benefits of going solar. Having solar installed by SolarTyme was an overall great experience. They were professional, worked in a downpour to make sure everything was done on time, and all around great people to work with at every stage. I did have a bad inverter installed, and it took a couple of weeks and some prodding to get that scheduled, but once it was up, everything went smoothly.

I worked with SolarTyme in Moneta, Va to put a sophisticated solar system on my roof at Smith Mountain Lake. From the sales process, to getting permits to installation everything was seamless. Communication was fantastic, installation was awesome and the electricians were amazing. Upon installation it took very little time to get the system operational and we’ve already been able to see the outstanding performance utilizing the phone app. The price was on point and the continuous follow-up has been fantastic.

This has been my first Solar System and all the team has been great. Even after installation the support team is working hard in order to have the system works at its best. Happy of my decision to go with Solar Tyme!
