We went with Hooked On Solar for a few important reasons and are glad we did. Competitive pricing on our solar & battery, very knowledgeable and dedicated people (thank you Ashlee!) who kept you in the loop, quality work on the install and excellent follow up. Another big thing for us is Hooked On Solar's longevity and reputation. Regardless of which component, should we need someone we'd just call them since they handle it all. That's huge. We're saving a pile of money on our electric bill and can carry on as usual with our battery when the power goes out. We highly recommend Hooked On Solar. Total pros.

Hooked on Solar company Is one of the best I’ve worked with! Their customer service is Bar none. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. And when there’s a problem, they typically get back to you in a decent amount of time. Although there’s been some issues, they have been pretty quick to schedule to resolve (they currently promised to replace my SunPower PV5 combiner box to PV6, due to some issues caused by the install of the battery). HOS installed my first solar system in 2016. They were great to work with and the system performed without any issues, so when I considered to add panels and a storage battery this year, I went back to HOS. Ashlee Hahn is a terrific rep. She is very responsive and the quotes are competitive. She helped me to navigate the PG&E SGIP rebate process. The installation crew and followed ups were terrific and my system passed inspection without a hitch. Ashlee has since helped many of my friends and family on their projects.

I've used Hooked on Solar on two houses now, both installations went well. The first house solar was installed in 2014 and still going flawlessly. Good product, good team. They also were proactive in reaching out to me to take advantage of a limited rebate program California had just recently.

Great experience from A to Z. Highly recommend their services. Everyone on the team was outstanding from Justin coordinating the process, to the technical crew with Eddie, Roy, Rolando (sorry if I am forgetting anyone!), to Dawn who helped with the PG&E paperwork. The system (energy storage added to the solar) is running great.

Our experience with Hooked on Solar was excellent. They've been around a long time, done a ton of installations, and know their business. Justin gave us various options for the size of the system, without pressure, outlining the pros and cons (future use for an electric car vs. just enough for current use), then designed it, permitted it, and installed it, all within a month. I'm sure there are times when they are busier, but it all went quickly and perfectly for us. The installers were friendly and competent, answered all of our questions, explained everything, and the system works as promised. I would highly recommend Hooked on Solar.
