ADRIAN GOODUM IS A DISGRACE TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company is a complete joke. The roof work was rushed, sloppy, and already showing problems. They don’t return calls, don’t keep promises, and clearly don’t care about their customers once they get your money. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people. Save yourself the headache and go with literally anyone else.

I’m very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism iRoof USA delivered. We added solar paneling to our roof and only had to come out of pocket $1,000 for the deductible. Everything else was covered and a few upgrades due to water damage was covered by the insurance company too. I have Liberty Mutual and highly suggest switching if you have had to come out of pocket more on your roof restoration in the past (I did and it was stressful!) I recommend working with Andrian and his assistant was very timely and informative. I appreciate them working with me after business hours . Thanks!

I worked with Kevin for my claim. He made the process very easy to understand. The entire process took about 3 weeks for me. iRoof USA made it very simple and easy for me. I would highly recommend using Kevin for any projects that you might have!

Our roof suffered had wind damage. iRoof was able to make an assessment and work with our insurance to get our roof replaced. Andrien and his team remained in constant communication with us and were very patient despite our insurance holding up the process after several inspections. Oftentimes homeowners insurance expect homeowners to pay for the entire replacement themselves , however it is best to have an assessment to see if you have weather related damage. iRoof staff give you an honest evaluation and take you through the process. I highly recommend iRoof if you need a roof replacement.

Iroof USA really stands out from the competition this way. They patiently walked my wife and I through our complicated insurance policy along with the frustrating claims process. They communicated with us through every step of the process. They clearly have a competent and thorough project management team. On the day of install, the team was on time, they worked hard and they got it done in a day! And when they cleaned up it was like they weren't even there. If anyone needs an insurance restoration roofing project done, I highly recommend this company. They know what they're doing, they have integrity, and the final product was awesome
