To be honest my wife and I have had a horrible time with freedom, trying to schedule the install of our tesla battery. From no contact for 6 months after signing our contract, and when we finally called and got on the books they installer called my wife and said his truck broke down. He then called back 2 min later (yes literally 2 min) and told her they were able to get another truck ready. Only to call my wife in the morning and cancel the install. Insert Andrew Watkins and Adam Aguilar these two gentlemen flipped the script. When the city tried to lie and say that I told them to cancel their inspection is was them on their phones ensuring install and inspection got done today. From ensuring the install went smoothly to the friendly conversations these two gentleman made freedom just a little more tolerable! So please let it be known that the five stars is not for freedom they are a pain in the ass, but these 5 stars are for the two installers that made this company suck a little less!

Freedom Forever recently installed a solar system with battery backup for our home in Round Rock, TX. The process was extremely smooth and easy. The installers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient and Tyler Brown was with us throughout the process. We can now feel at ease, producing our own clean energy, knowing energy prices are only going to go up and the grid is only there as a final backup.

If I could give this company a score of zero I would. I have been lied to so many times that I can not even count anymore. All their promises have failed. They were not even aware that my city in Texas does not even buy back the extra energy created by my panels. My electric bill has only gone down @ 20% so now I am paying out of pocket more money every month versus the panels replacing my electricity bills. Make sure you aware if your city buys back or not!!! Don’t just believe the sales person. So to your reply, again you are wrong… There is no other power company that covers the area of Burnet Texas were I live. It would be great if the company did some research themselves before putting out wrong information.

I cannot give enough stars for Tyler. He was informative, honest, and always available. He explained everything, no hidden agenda, and answered my questions, regardless of how silly they may have been. Freedom Forever is lucky to have such a professional sales rep on their team!

Apollo Team did an amazing job. They were here on the dot 7am ready to start, which is very rare. We got 43 panels installed by 1pm, amazing! Javier, the electrician, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions without hesitations. I was also able to see the current solar production of the panels. Trash was picked up and we are excited to start using it. Thank you very much!

Highly do not recommend started our journey with them in july. Agreed to a 2-3 day install it is now 9/25/25 & that are not done installing the equipment is purely decorative. After asking to cancel they offered to complete the install on 10/13/25 I just want it off my property.
