North Valley Solar Power

Couldn’t have done it without Quinton. we would still be floundering if not for him. Now we are cool as cucumbers in the summer in our new home in West Sacramento with a great solar system. We would highly recommend North Valley Power.

Very positive experience! Ryan Burr was our rep and he was awesome. Very communicative from start to finish. Very responsive to my many calls and questions. Curtis and his crew did the install. They are definitely not your typical contractors. They were very professional, efficient and they actually cleaned up after themselves. I’m VERY happy with North Valley Solar Power!

Had the pleasure of doing business with North Valley. Peter Ferguson came to my door and was very professional and kind and out of all solar people that I spoke to I had a feeling I should listen to what he had to say and oh boy I was right. Next day Billy Smith came with Peter and explained and taught me so much about how much I can be saving and instead of paying pge 900$ I will be paying now 289$ and they provide me with everything best solar can offer. Tesla batteries and panels and all the work plus so much more. Out of all the companies that I spoke with North Valley seems to got it right, they have staff who care about people and their pockets and I am now a happy customer and they treated me like family. Thank you Peter and Billy you guys were amazing.

It was a total pleasure working with Quinton Lowe at North Valley. He was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Always ready to respond and answer any question that I would have with full detail. He got me all set up and the process was very smooth. The only hiccup happened during installation day where the installers hit a powerline and had to come back the next day to find out where it was located. We were out of power for about 24 hours. That was a terrible day. That said, Quinton and the installation team handled the problem and set us up with our new solar set. The batteries are an awesome plus. And when it came to selling the house, Quinton worked with my realtor to seamlessly transfer the ownership of my solar contract over to the new owners. My only problem here is that I’m still getting charged for the panels. I’m not sure how the accounting system works, but it’s not very transparent and I’m still paying bills for the new owners of my home. It’s very difficult to communicate with their billing department. Overall, they tried their best. Quinton has been a shining light in this company and saved the day multiple times.

Oscar and Quinton helped me go solar almost 1 year ago now.  I save around $100/mo, didn’t have to come out of pocket, and service throughout the process was exemplary.  I would highly recommend allowing them to walk you through the process. They make it simple and easy.
