Huge shout out to Antonio and Layne and the other pros that worked on our home. Was really impressed with the attention to detail and work ethic, and ownership of the group and Antonio/Layne in particular. We had a basement flood that we thought was going to be an easy fix, turn out we had cap stuck in our main line. The team worked hard to get the cap out in a safe and cost effective way. Ultimately, the cap was lodged and couldn’t be pulled out. They had to dig a 15ft by 8ft hole to cut out and replace the pipe. Ultimately, because of this work we were able to see that beyond the cap block the pipe was cracked severely at the bottom from erosion and time. The team sleeved the pipe to ensure we were safe from future issues. This was a huge undertaking and the team gave us updates throughout the process showing us the video and pictures in real time which gave us piece of mind and a sense that we weren’t being scammed. Overall the undertaking was just over $17k. But with our future plans for the home this was an investment for piece of mind.

He walked me through everything that was replaced and what to lookout for in the future and to take good care of it. I really appreciate and highly recommend them!

Antonio was very friendly, very polite, very knowledgeable and very confident. The sink drain had started to back up at times and clearing it had some issues but he persisted until the job was done. Antonio was also very clean and left no mess. He also provided me with some useful tips to prevent this issue from happening again. I certainly would use Neerings in the future and I would request Antonio if I could.

Another trusted company quoted $8,200 for nearly identical mid-grade equipment from top brands like Carrier or Lennox. That’s an $8,800 difference for the same job. Neerings leans hard on being a long-standing, family-owned local business—but that doesn’t excuse inflated pricing. Being "local" doesn’t mean you’re offering fair value—it just means you’ve been overcharging your neighbors for longer. There are only a few realistic equipment options for a home this size, and cost differences between brands are minimal. The real issue is the bundled pricing that conceals excessive markups. Labor and materials should not nearly double the cost of a comparable quote. In an era where HVAC and plumbing costs are rising faster than any other home service, it’s disappointing to see companies—big or small—taking advantage of homeowners. Get multiple quotes and don’t let legacy or family branding blind you to what’s really going on.

I can't say enough about that. Fantastic job they did. Very polite. Extremely understanding. I had just bought my home and all the plumbing went bad. The gentleman were just over the top. Fantastic and kind. I would highly recommend this company anytime. Thanks guys! I give them 10 STAR rating

Neerings plumbing serviced our home in midway and we had the best experience. Santana, our tech who came out spent time with us understanding the issues and finding a solution that would work for us. He helped us think thru the different ways we could solve the problems and helped us understand the different price points. I can’t recommend them enough! I feel good about the state of our home and will be calling them for any future needs.

Replaced 28-year-old furnace and central AC unit with duct cleaning. Konnen and Chad were great. After the duct cleaning got the AC unit installed and working the same day and finished up by noon the next day. Hard working and knew what they were doing. Very pleased with their work and the result. The manager, Jim, was great to work with explaining the services and benefits. Felt like the cost was reasonable given all the services and equipment. Would definitely use them again.
