I am very pleased to share how pleasant and patient and mostly helpful John Keenan, was in presenting my options for my bathroom renovation. I am so looking forward to my new bathroom project provided by Bath Planet. Going from termite damage and very old tub n tile to new walk in shower And wall repair .

After quite a bit of research and many estimates we chose Energy Home Pros to replace all the windows in our home. Mr. Trel Lloyd did an outstanding job presenting the quality and functionality of the Energy Home Pro windows. His in depth descriptions of the product, the warranty & backing by Energy Home Pro assisted us with making an informed decision to go forward. We are greatly appreciative of Mr. Trel's patientence and helpfulness thru the process. He went to great lengths to ensure we were completely satisfied from beginning to end. The installation crew led by Mr. Saul, was very punctual and courteous and took great care to ensure that both the completion timeline and quality of the installation met our expectations. We were kept fully informed throughout the process and highly recommend theprofessional Energy Home Pro team to anyone looking to make a timeless investment in their home. Our new energy efficent double hung windows are definitely one of the best updates to our home to date!

Workers very professional and proficient. Cleaned all work areas both inside and out after each window was complete. Saul and his crew. Answered any questions I had about the work and how it was done. If need any other windows replaced will call and make an appointment. Mr. David Pool met with me and my wife to discuss replacing the windows on the west facing side of our 40+ years old house. He gave and excellent presentation, answered all our questions, and was most enjoyable. He was very knowledgable. He is a 5 star guy. Picture is a before shot.

Unfortunately, my experience with Energy Home Pros was disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to schedule an estimate, no one followed through. I submitted a form on their website for a quote but never received a callback. The next day, I called to follow up, and they were unaware of my request. They eventually scheduled a visit for an estimate, but unfortunately, no one showed up. When I called again, they informed me that they wouldn’t send anyone due to being late and didn't offer to reschedule. Overall, the communication has been very disappointing, and I feel let down by their service. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism. In particular, the disingenuous guy (Randy or something like that) who spoke on the phone was not helpful and left a very negative impression of the company. Although I was prepared to go ahead and sign the contract for 9 window replacements, he is the reason I stopped working with them.

From the start, John has been a gentleman, adding a touch of humor to the process. His pricing was straightforward, and he offered discount opportunities and flexible payment options, making the decision-making process easier. Overall, John's professionalism and personable approach made this experience exceptional. Highly recommended!
