Pure Energy

I have been dealing with Pure Energy for only a few days now because I purchased a home with Solar Panels already installed. Like most of us, I had no idea how solar systems work so I had to reach out to them for assistance. They have been so easy to reach. Everyone seems very nice and willing to help. Gabriel Garcia has been really awesome. He took the time to work on my request and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solar panels in the near future!

Their sales people are very good. Buyer beware! We were excited about going solar based on what we were told by the salesman. We were supposed to have more than enough to cover our electric bill during all but the hottest months. The biggest selling point for us was that our solar panels would provide power when the grid is down, as it was for days a few years ago. We have a family member with extensive medical equipment that requires electric power. We can make it thru a night, but a sure source of power in the day seemed perfect. We have found that the reality is very different. The solar panels provided about half of our energy needs in the fall and less than the full need in the winter when our usage is lowest. Their own sales manager, Amanda, told us they made a mistake and calculated our need at about half of what it really is. More importantly, the manager also told us that the panels do NOT provide any power when the grid is down. We were shocked! I have discussed this with the Pure Energy office and they will not do anything to make up for the fact that we purchased the system based on totally inaccurate info (lies?) from the salesman. The people have all been very friendly and they seem so sincere, but they are just out to take your money. Although Amanda was very honest and helpful, I suggest you stay away from this company! I never understood solar until Mosiah came to our house for the solar consultation we scheduled. Very professional and informative and honest. Showed me all the numbers and breakdown of the solar system. My husband and I recommend Pure. I was gonna sign up with Freedom but they were gonna third party me out for install. Pure didn’t. We got installed 3 months ago. Would recommend.

David Greek was very professional, personable, and explained everything in great detail. I like everything about it so far. I'll have to provide an update once the system is completely online.

Liad about savings now im stuck paying for a solar loan and my bill stayed the same. I've had my panels for 3 years. The sales people told me I wouldn't have a bill. Moden day snake oil.

100 percent recommend Pure Energy they worked with our schedule were friendly and professional. Did an amazing job with our installation. We were very satisfied with the entire process!

Door to door salespeople have repeatedly ignored a no soliciting sign giving excuses that they're not soliciting, they're just "offering an opportunity" and have pretended to be both TNMP and Census Workers in order start a conversation. If someone from Pure is reading this, and I hope you are, for future reference, if another one of your employees, contractors, or anyone representing your company or products rings my doorbell again, they will be committing criminal trespass under Texas Penal Code Sec. 30.05. (a)(1) and I'll be pressing charges.
