So happy with Sungenia! We are first-time homeowners and wanted to have solar installed before the tax credit ended this year. I met Casey through networking and first learned about Sungenia Solar there. I was always intrigued, and once we purchased our home, I reached out to her team—and I am so glad I did! From our very first walk-through, we were immediately impressed. Casey and her incredible team, including John and Josh, made the entire process seamless. They explained every step clearly, handled everything—from the panels and battery to a full re-roof—and even guided us through the SDG&E and permit process. Every crew member was kind, professional, and respectful of our home. We recently received our Permission to Operate and are thrilled to officially be off the grid! Our roof, panels, and battery look amazing, and we are already seeing great savings. What truly stands out is the follow-up and care even after installation. The Sungenia team is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in their clients’ experience. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we have made for our new home! Sungenia is GREAT! They are very proactive if the system notifies them and they told me it was cheaper to go with a generator than a battery system, which was impressive. Definitely talk with them about any of your solar needs.

On time and extremely helpful on all fronts. Project manager, Josh, answered all my questions about the system and schedule. Both the roofers and the solar installation was done with a knowledgeable crew. Clean up after the job was excellent. All the paperwork needed to qualify for NEM 2.0 was submitted on time. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Sungenia - a family-owned company. We have personally known the Snell's and some of their employees since the early 2000s. After purchasing our new home in 2023, my dad recommended we check into solar with Sungenia. And we are so glad we did because the entire process, from start to finish, was nothing short of exceptional. When we first reached out, we weren't able to afford the initial price quote, but Mike was incredibly understanding. He took the time to crunch the numbers again after we had a few months of utility bills to share, and he provided us with a revised estimate that fit well within our budget. That level of attention to detail and willingness to work with us meant a lot. Once we decided to move forward, everything went smoothly. The communication was excellent, and we were always able to get ahold of someone quickly if we had questions. They added thoughtful personal touches along the way, which really set them apart. We did experience some initial issues with syncing the new Tesla battery/app to their system, but they were quick to send out a technician who got everything sorted and working properly in no time. Overall, we can't recommend Sungenia enough. They made the entire solar installation process seamless and stress-free. If you’re considering solar, you won’t regret working with them!
