I have a very difficult roof with a severe slope. I know it took them longer than they anticipated and it was 95 degrees! My Tesla Powerwall arrived damaged and Tesla said they would send the parts to fix it but Nick said "no way" you need to send us a new one and they did. Nick Goodwin and his team communicated very well, professional and easy to work with. Great job!
