We just had the wonderful experience of having a new roof and solar panels and battery storage installed and couldn't be happier. One of the few professional companies in the silicon valley. Very well organized and the team coordinator is superb. Citadel is superb. I have experience with two other companies. They operate like bunch of amateurs. Citadel is capable of installing tesla batteries Hans I would highly recommend.

I’m so happy with our experience with Citadel! We already had panels and inverters (and a bad experience with our prior installer), and were referred to Citadel by the manufacturer when we reached out about adding a battery to our system. Matt P was absolutely fantastic in walking me through the details, considerations, etc, and Brandi C managed the permitting and install seamlessly. When it came time for the install, the crew was timely and professional - did an excellent job - and also pointed out some issues from the prior install and showed me pics. Fortunately, Bernice Y from the servicing dept jumped in, and within two weeks they were back out to fix the pre-existing issues and remap my panels, which also went as well as I could have hoped for. Very reputable and fair, with excellent service. Thanks to all!

Citadel Roofing & Solar was amazing to work with and very straight forward which is refreshing these days. Evan Bateman was our sales person, and he was very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions. He answered all our questions and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. Brandi Christian assisted us once we decided to proceed and communicated with us at every step in the process. I previously had a rooftop solar panel system designed and installed by Citadel Roofing & Solar. After having the system for a couple of years, I decided I should add a battery back-up/storage system to the solar as well, and based on my prior positive experience with Citadel, I reached out to them for a battery system. Overall, this was another satisfying experience working with Citadel R&S. There were a few hiccups with installation scheduling, but my scheduler Holly and the installation squad of Lam and Minh made sure to minimize any inconvenience to me and got my installation done as promised. Professionalism and customer service are paramount to the Citadel team, and this was true not only of Holly, Lam & Minh, but the rest of my "team" as well: Chris (solar specialist for sale and design), Ashley (project coordinator, who put up with so many questions on my part!), and Brandon (initial site survey and final inspection technician). I am very happy with my solar panel system and the new battery back-up storage system. I would highly recommend Citadel Roofing & Solar to anyone looking to add a solar system to their home.
