Solar Service Professionals

I moved into a new home with solar panels that were never working. After having the subcontractor visit 5 times without any progress I decided to reach out for a second opinion. Victor was dispatched to my home and within a few hours he was able to diagnose and fix the issue and had my solar live and running. He was extremely communicative and thorough, and I wish I reached out earlier. It’s very hard to find good service and profession service these days, but Victor is the real deal. Would recommend his services without hesitation.

Took several weeks to get them to come and check out my solar system. Technician was very knowledgeable about reading the plans and locating everything that needed to be corrected. Finally got a report but with no estimate of cost to get it up and running. Can't give a fair review until they finish the job.

I had a really great experience with this company. My solar system required some troubleshooting. Manny and co were courteous, fair and more importantly they got the job done. My system is working as intended now. I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Solar Service.

So I contacted this company to perform a repair on my solar system. I received a phone call to telling ne they were coming the next morning. The person didn't even ask if I would be available. I told him that I would need to reschedule for a different day the following week, he replied ok I will let dispatch know. 1 weeks later I reached out again and the person apologized and would get back with me to schedule, Its been 3 weeks now since the last conversation. My opinion they are a scam company only out to make a quick buck. Had to give at least one star to post this review, they deserve a -star.

Eduardo came out to look at my system and gave me very friendly advice and very professional service. Highly recommend him as a tech to do your solar work. I originally had left at five stars but brought it down to three stars because the price that I got to do the work I thought it was very high. I highly advise someone to shop around for a better price

Top notch service. Definitely the company you are looking to solve your solar problem. I had a different company attempt to troubleshoot my arc fault error first, but they couldn't find the problem. In contrast, the Solar Service Professionals tech appeared to have years of experience and confidence. He thoroughly tested my system with (expensive looking meters) before and after he found the culprit, took dozens of pictures every step of the way, found and bypassed the bad panel, and had my system up and running again within 58 minutes. He left me with both a working system and piece of mind. How did the first company miss that bad panel in the picture? Simple... They never got on the roof... didn't even bring a ladder because they "didn't know it was a two story house." They also busted a connection in my inverter which I had to resolder after they left. Don't waste your time (and energy production time) like I did... Just hire the real Professionals first.

Eduardo was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even while on my roof checking my solar panels he saw two cracked roof tiles and sealed them for me! Then he saw a vent cover flew off and sealed that on for me. He was only there for my solar. He went way above and beyond! He also was able to get me a warranty replacement for my inverter, saving me 2k. He’s the one I’ll be calling for now in.
