Great experience with the company ever since signing up!! They are a great company to work with and really helped me to support renewable energy! Helping me while I help the environment!!

I subscribed to Join Solar because I wanted to support renewable energy in Minnesota but canceled after eight months because my combined power bill (Xcel + Join Solar) had increased by an average of 50%. I still don't fully understand how the program is supposed to work, but the savings that it was supposed to provide never materialized. For anyone concerned about the environment, I recommend Xcel's wind power option instead.

Signed up over three years ago for solar panels to be placed. After several phone calls and no return calls, finally got a hold of the owner to be told our "project" was cancelled. Still never got the notice of cancellation in writing and they owe us 2,000 for holding the land. Several calls made to the owner and none returned. Would never recommend this business.

Our solar panel is not working correctly ! We have called 3 times in the last month and no one has called us back !

Easy sign-up process and they make the billing very simple to understand. Get credits off my electric bill, then pay Join Solar less. It's a great deal!

I had a lot of questions, but signing up to be part of a solar garden could not have been easier! Even if you can't have solar panels on your own roof, it is a great way to use clean, green energy. My Novel Energy rep, Joe was so helpful explaining it all!

Novel energy installed a solar array on my hog site. They were a very good Minnesota based company to work with. My array is performing better than expected. I would highly recommend.
