Washburn Solar Cleaning Plus

Was Looking for a Solar Cleaning company in my area. Posted on Next Door App for a Legit Company to do the job. A fellow neighbor said he found Washburn Solar Cleaning online and they had Great Reviews. Called the owner and he answered right away and made me feel confident with using him. So he came out the same week and did a very professional job!!! I even had him clean my cutters while he was there. Everything I expected and more with progress pictures. So I found my guy to take care of my needs every year. Thanks again for a great job!!!

Tim came out and washed my solar panels and they have never been so clean and now I have them on a regular schedule for every four month to come keep them clean. And he’s going to come back and power wash my driveway.

Tim from Washburn Solar Cleaning Plus recently did some roof cleaning work for us. It feels like we’re in pigeon central! Tim installed critter guard around our solar panels and the eaves of our home. This wasn’t as straightforward as it might seem. Tim figured out a way and was able to complete that work. He also thoroughly cleaned our panels and entire roof. He provided before and after pictures and it was amazing. The price was fair and we’ll continue to work with Washburn Solar Cleaning Plus for our future maintenance needs. It also helps that Tim is a nice guy and very hard working. Thanks Tim!

Timothy did a very great job , he showed up on time look very clean and professional, and the before, and after of the solar panels was like night and day, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family .

"Tim is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. He will go the extra mile and let you know if there are cracked roof tiles! These could lead to roof leaks! He will repair if possible at very minimal charge! He does a thorough job and cleans up after himself! Next job will be sealing the roof to preserve the life of the roof! Very happy with the services provided. Tim was very thorough. Provided before and after photos so I could see what was done. The solar panels looked extremely clean. He cleaned up our backyard after the pigeon mess was cleaned off my roof. Would recommend and have recommended to friends already.

Tim has been awesome! Super personal. Very thorough. Aims for 100% satisfaction each time. Have not been disappointed yet Tim came out the first time and had his hands full. With pigeons and construction to help dirty up our solar. He came in and cleaned it all up. We are now signed up for his biannual service and are about to add the pigeon protection! Can’t wait!
