He explained how programs had changed and came back to show us the systems production and savings. Our summer bills were over $300 and now we are locked in at $162 year round! Plus, my grand-daughter instantly liked her, which is a good sign. I scheduled a followed up appointment, and had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra, who delivered a presentation that was clear, concise, and incredibly informative. From start to finish, every person I’ve interacted with at Energy Harbor has been courteous, helpful, efficient, and respectful. They treated my home - inside and outside - as if it was their home. They made the entire process of switching over completely smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown throughout. This company Energy Harbor was the best decision I ever made the team made me feel super comfortable doing business with. I actually went with not only a 16.73 kw system with a franklin battery storage and it was the best decision I ever made. Super cool local Tampa Bay company with good ownership and good employees. From the start, they were super helpful, they walked me through the whole setup, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and helped me pick the right system for my place. The office team kept me up to date with the install progress every step of the way. The install crew was awesome too. They showed up on time, got everything done in a day, and left the place cleaner than they found it. Respect. Now that it's been up and running for a few months, I’ve already noticed my electric bill dropping. Plus, they followed up after the install to make sure I was happy and everything was working right.
