I’ve had my solar system from Sunrun for a little over two years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home and family. From day one, Faysal Dib was knowledgeable, professional, and truly cared about making sure I understood the process and the benefits. After two years of service, my system has consistently performed exactly as promised. My electric bills have dropped dramatically, and I’ve been protected from the constant rate hikes from the utility company. The panels still look great on my roof, and I’ve had zero issues with reliability or downtime. What impressed me most is Faysal’s continued support even after installation. He checks in, answers questions promptly, and genuinely cares about his customers’ experience. It’s rare to find someone in sales who treats you like family long after the paperwork is signed. I highly recommend Sunrun and especially Faysal Dib to anyone considering solar. Two years later, I’m still saving money, my system is working flawlessly, and I feel confident I made the right choice.

We just got installed on Friday. Shanna White saved us from a loan and a tax credit that we would not qualify for. It was a quick and easy process. My wife loved that they are partnered with Drew Scott and of course that we would be saving money. Shanna White explained all of our options thoroughly and helped us make the best decision for our family. We are so excited to not have to worry about our electric bill increasing !

Sunrun came and installed the battery and solar panels. They were professional and did an outstanding job From my rep Faysal to the installation team. They won't stop until they get everything right and running. I have a generator but I am glad that I got the battery and the span.

My Sunrun installation experience was awesome. Romario is a great Sunrun consultant. He kept us updated on each process along the way. All of the people involved were very responsive and helpful. So far great service. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with Sunrun Solar from beginning to end was exceptional. Shanna did a great job explaining how Sunrun works and accurately set expectations for each step of the process. She was very patient with my schedule and came by as often as needed until I understood the process and felt comfortable making the switch. The install crew showed up on time, clearly explained what was to be done and completed the task by early afternoon. The inspection process was managed by Steven who did a fantastic job of communicating until the switch to solar was complete. The entire experience was easy.

Sunrun experience have been great, I got the battery few months back to be ready for the hurricane. Fernando and Tom had been great help.
