I found United Energy Partners through EnergySage which provided easy access for getting quotes from multiple service providers based on Google Maps and their individual methods of determining the system needs. I went with UEP primarily because their competitive quote did not change after a site visit and they offered a 30 year warranty backed up be a Solar Insure policy. I went with an 17.6Kw system and a Tesla Powerwall 3. All the folks, particularly Rexx, at UEP have been very professional and responsive and I had no frustrations with them. They answered all questions and kept me informed every step along the way. Any frustrations were from the city and utility taking their sweet time with every inspection. Everything done by UEP was quick, thorough and professional. I highly recommended UEP for solar installation.

As I began looking at potentially adding solar to our house, I was a bit intimidated. Much of the technology and engineering were something I’d never looked at and had no idea where to start. I had no way of knowing at the time but reaching out to United Energy Partners would end up being one of the best decisions I made. Their team was very patient as I worked through all of the information and provided valuable data that helped me make the right decision. Their team project became much more complex than any of us expected as I changed requirements a few times as I learned more. Once we finalized a design, UEP worked diligently to make our system a reality. There were of course challenges as there always are but the UEP worked through things such as delays in getting equipment, the countless back and forth with city inspectors and the challenges going back and forth with the utility companies. While all of us would have loved everything to go quickly and smoothly but that rarely happens. It is through that adversity that shows the kind of company they are and their commitment to excellence and I can say UEP was stellar in that respect. They kept in continuous communication with us for every phase of the installation. We just went live with the system a few days ago and it is working flawlessly. The data we are seeing is exceeding all expectations. Even with the system now operating and the project finished, UEP continues to monitor it and make sure they are available if we have any questions. I would definitely recommend them as a solar company. We are already having friends and neighbors asking about the system. It’s easy to recommend UEP, they’ve earned my trust and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to add solar energy to their home or business.

What stood out the most was their dedicated customer service, every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and they made sure I understood each step of the process. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient, and they handled everything with great attention to detail. These guys are beyond fabulous. If only the rest of the US companies operated half as good as these folks!!! I did a lot of research before picking a solar company. I was almost worried because their price was the lowest and their service was for sure the fastest, but they delivered on everything, as promised, and perfectly. The site inspection was done in a couple of days (other companies were weeks) they submitted the hoa and permitting forms, and had the panels on my roof within weeks. Great followup with me as we waited for the county and power company to all give final go, and then they came out and turned the system on the same day the approval came thru. I couldn't be happier. Super responsive to any texts, usually within an hour if not right away. Strongly recommend

UEP is an excellent company with outstanding customer service. From the moment I reached out, they were responsive and answered all my questions clearly. My solar panels were installed just a day or two after the permit was approved, and I was up and running weeks earlier than expected. They also made sure I received all the documents needed for my tax credit. The only area that could use some improvement is the administrative side after installation. However, as long as you maintain good communication and stay proactive, everything goes smoothly.

UEP has outstanding personnel. Barring a couple of hiccups with the county, our system was installed almost flawlessly. I’d recommend UEP to anyone. I was a pretty big skeptic but Rexx and his guys made everything pretty simple to understand. I had a lot of questions along the way and everytime I reached out, they responded quickly. The hardware and install looks outstanding and clean. I’m really happy with our system and I’m looking forward to seeing how our power system performs over the rest of this summer.
