The app works intermittently at times. Most of the numbers I call for Solar Solutions are out of service. No one calls you back, and when they do contact you by text, they blame it on the company who blames it on them, the installer. Solar Solutions, the installer, wants to charge you $100 an hour, $200 minimum when they claim you have a 25 year warranty blaming it on my internet (see photo). It’s not my Internet because I had experts install it, friends of mine, one does hospital networking. If I had it to do over again, I would have gone with another company. For the most part, I have been happy with the solar panels savings, but not the customer service. Pay a little more and go with someone else for peace of mind. You pay way too much for solar panels to be ignored.

Best company if you are thinking about installing solar panels. Customer care service is excellent. The level of knowledge they have on solutions related to solar energy is very impressive. As a layman I got so much knowledge after talking to them and felt i was in good hands. Definitely recommend. Best prices they offer is a bonus advantage.

Solar solutions coordinated a roof replacement for us and we had them install 32 solar panels and 9kWh of battery back up. All is running smoothly now- we are saving on power during the day and sending extra back to the grid. Battery backup has already saved us when the power went out.
